Cons:

Never checked in after booking/paying for online 2 days early. I have stayed at BW for years. We sat and waited 3 hours. And I was told my visa is not accepted.

Normally a great place but they must fumigate.

I love the location and free breakfast

Cons:

My room had roaches. I stay at this place all the time. They are currently under construction and they now have roaches. Maybe because my room was right next to the rooms they are remodeling, is the reason. I don’t know but I canceled my second day to stay and went to a different hotel by the sea.

Long beach goods!
Pros:

The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The check in and out process was easy enough. It was close to walk to a lot of the main areas of long beach and really close to public transport also which was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included also!

Cons:

They were in the middle of doing some renovations which wasn't too bad. And unfortunately we didn't have a great view from our room itself. It was of the back of the building and an alley way with a motel behind, not amazing. Because of the location too, you could also hear some street noise at night but nothing crazy.

It was an enjoyable stay.

The entire staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They also made it possible to store your luggage if you arrived early or had to check out before your next event later in the day.

Great choice if you're wanting to be near the cruise terminal and queen mary
Pros:

Great location. Near the outlet mall/ downtown area. Nice hotel. Feels safe. Decent breakfast bar.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't very clean. There were hairs from shaving in the bath area.
The double beds are small, wish they had queens.

Loved the location will go back again.
Pros:

Breakfast was included in the cost of the stay. Room was clean and quite and staff was very friendly. Parking was in an underground garage and felt comfortable leaving are motorcycle there.
