It was was very comfortable and convenient to downtown. I would stay here again.

The location is great. I could walk to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room set up and the space was nice but the walls seem to be very thin. I could hear everything in both condos next to me. If the tv was on in one of their rooms I could hear it. I could hear conversations. The neighbors morning alarm clock woke me up at 6am and every time they pressed snooze. The balcony is off the main bedroom and the doors and windows are not very sound proof like you’d expect from a hotel. I could hear all the traffic and the bars music until late in the night. I’ve stayed at the hotel directly across the street and have never had any of these issues there. My opinion is that Athens Game Day Center was not built well (at least in the sense of sound proofing). Also , the room was pretty clean and the linens were clean but I thought I’d be nice and strip the beds for the maid before we left and the pillows were disgusting and so was the mattress cover on my bed.
So if you are someone that likes to party late into the night and you don’t mind noise this property would be fine for you but if those things bother you than don’t stay here.

very cool place to stay...close to everything very friendly

Unique hotel experience. Our condo was outfitted with very cool University of Georgia decor...my boys loved it. Rooms were clean and front desk service was good. Right in the heart of Athens, GA...restaurants, shopping, etc...all within walking distance.

We were surprised by this place. Didn’t know what to expect. The staff upon arrival was phenomenal. I called as I was a little confused where to turn in and the lady actually came outside and met me in front to show me where to go. The staff was so cheerful and pleasant. Our room was outstanding!! The cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in ANYWHERE! We loved the Georgia Bulldog decor. Such a fun place. My only teal complaint is at checkout, what they were going to charge me didn’t match with the total hotels.com gave me. There was an additional resort charge that hotels.com did not have listed. Instead of just fixing it, she complained that they had screwed it up and then acted as if she was doing me a huge favor by removing it. She made sure to tell me that she was going to do it “just this time”. Put a bad taste in my mouth for the future when we had truly loved everything else.

Best place we stayed at all year! Great location, Great staff, so much fun!

This is the best hotel ever especially if you are a Georgia Bulldogs fan! (Go dawgs! I love all of the Georgia decor that was in the room and all over the hotel! We will definitely be staying there again!

Loved the hotel decorations and staff. Parking was so convenient.

It was a great place for the money and location. We parked are car and was able to walk to places to eat and shop. The two bedroom two bath is small but all you need. The place was very clean and and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Gameday was very nice and we will be back soon. it was a easy check in and check out.

The Gameday Suites is a nice place. The second room was kinda small. but beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice. Place was very clean. Just getting to the place is a little different. Lots of nice spots within walking distance.
