Painful when I only stayed over night and have to get back on the road for several hours in pain due to my back pain!
Pros:

Desk clerk was very inviting and welcoming

Cons:

Bathroom toilet was stopped up and my husband had to locate a plunger UNPROFESSIONAL he went to 3 floors before someone knocked on the door.
The BED WAS A NO NO when I’m already wearing a back brace .. never seen a bed like that on wheels, it’s not good for handicap person

Pros:

Nice hotel I’ve been going there for a while it has improved, it smells good, very nice and beautiful women at the front desk,restaurant and nice bartender, not as much housekeeping knocking on door telling me to leave for checkout

Cons:

Not all television has subscriptions services unfortunately, but I’ve been told they’re working on it
