Convenient location. Very good food at the restaurant.
Pros:

Receptive was slow but she was off helping a guest. Very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location within walking distance to explore and visit.
Pros:

It was a nice room. comfortable, good light from outside, which could easily be blocked out. Great shower.

Cons:

We couldn't find the exhaust fan for the bathroom to deal with the steam from the shower. That is probably the only thing. And perhaps a greater range of tea types to choose from would be nice.

Won't ever be back or recommend til she's gone
Pros:

Cleanliness was amazing and management amazing however female night audit and staff were unprofessional and carried on for no apparent reason other than power hungry and stupid

Cons:

More professional and caring staff of the venue and understanding their role in a professional and respectful manner like every other staff member but toleda who is busy trying to scree customers after hours
