Very average compared to other times I have stayed
Pros:

The breakfast was very poor. The bacon and sausage was stone cold as were the mushrooms so not much else to choose from unless you want toast or cereal.

Cons:

Noise outside the window in room 202 with the wind.

Food and staff excellent, rooms need work. I'll probably look elsewhere next time.

Restaurant food was very good
Parking was easy
Aircon was on heat before I arrived

Cons:

The room was dirty (like not cleaned properly) spills on furniture, stained towels, it smelled like fried rice???, the mattress was very very soft.
Decorative pillows had no cover, not sure if cleaned between bookings.
Fridge wouldn't close and didn't work well.

Easy to park. Great staff

Cons:

No gluten free on the breakfast room service menu. Buffet breakfast has no gf set up. A metal grate in and out of the car park outside banging every time a car goes over it.

Ordered room service steak. It was dry and tough.

Pros:

Amazing service from the staff. Clean room and comfortable beds. It was a great location and a quick walk to shops . The on-site restaurant had great food.
