Pros:

Gemütliches und funktionales Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Die Lage im Osten ist perfekt an der U-Bahn gelegen und für Sightseeing-Trips perfekt geeignet.
Das ehemalige Stasi-Hauptquartier mit seinem interessanten Museum ist gleich nebenan (5 Gehminuten), direkt neben der U-Bahnstation U5 Magdalenenstraße. Neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Italiener, einen super freundlichen Späti, einen ausgezeichneten Dönerladen und über die Allee (ca. 4 Gehminuten) gibt es einen Aldi und einen Rewe.
Geht man Richtung Rathaus Lichtenberg (ca. 8 Minuten) findet man eine nette Balkan Bäckerei mit tollem selbstgebackenem Böreck.
Dort liegt auch die Tram-Station, die weitere Richtungen erschließt.

We were very happy with the Hotel. Very clean, nice breakfast all was like I imagined and end we were very satisfied.

It was an enjoyable stay in a wonderful city. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Both the location and the room were exceptional. The room was spotless. We used the public transport, which is within walking distance.

Cons:

Overall, all the receptionists were extremely kind but one girl who seemed rather cold and unfriendly.

Comfortable stay in a great location, but some disappointing service policies
Pros:

- The room was very comfortable and well designed, and had everything we needed for our stay.
- The location is excellent: quiet and peaceful, yet convenient to reach the main attractions with several points of interest within walking distance and good connections.

Cons:

- We were asked to pay a security deposit at check-in. This was never mentioned during the Booking.com reservation process, and I found it quite unusual. On top of that, the deposit could only be paid by credit card, which we didn’t have. In the end, the staff simply let us check in without paying it.

- This is officially a 4-star hotel, not a budget property, yet rooms are cleaned only every four nights unless you specifically request additional housekeeping at reception. That policy itself is not a major issue. What I found disappointing was the justification provided: the hotel claims that skipping housekeeping helps “restore biodiversity in Germany and fight climate change.” In my opinion, this is a misleading use of environmental messaging to justify a reduction in service. Housekeeping does not have to mean replacing all towels and bed linen but presenting room cleaning itself as environmentally harmful feels disingenuous. Ironically, at check-in there was a queue of around ten guests waiting for their rooms because they were not yet ready, while the reception staff were chasing and putting pressure on the housekeeping team. My impression is that many guests requested additional cleaning, creating the very bottleneck that this policy was presumably meant to avoid.

Beim Frühstück war zwar soweit alles vorhanden, nur beim Wurstsufschnitt hätte es etwas mehr Auswahl sein dürfen ( zwei Sorten)

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber, und gut eingerichtet. Kein Straßenlärm durch die Fenster zu hören. Frühstück sehr schön aufgebaut und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das es keinen freien Hotelparkplatz mehr gab und wir uns erst auf die Suche machen mussten. Wir wählten genau diese Hotel, da in der Beschreibung stand, eigener Parkplatz.

Pros:

Otelin konumu cok iyi, metro ve tramvay durağına yakın. Etraf sessiz, yakında alışveriş merkezi ve süpermarket var. Kahvaltı cok çeşitli ve kaliteli ürünlerle açık büfe olarak, alt kattaki şık restoranda servis ediliyor. Genel olarak hizmet de cok iyiydi, tesekkurler.
