Entspannte Nacht
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht inklusive Frühstück da und sind mit allem eigentlich zufrieden gewesen. Das Bett war super und riesig, das Frühstück lecker und das Bad klein aber fein.
Wir hatten Glück und haben in der Seitenstraße einen kostenlosen Parkplatz bekommen.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hin und die Geräusche von der Frankfurter Allee sind auch nachts als leises Rauschen zuhören.
Dass man für einen Parkplatz pro Nacht 19€ bezahlen muss, finde ich eindeutig zu teuer, da man pro Übernachtung ja auch schon einiges bezahlen muss.

Pros:

Frühstück prima (bis 10 Uhr)!. Öffis gut zu erreichen, S-Bahn ca. 5 Minuten. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Safe im Zimmer.

Cons:

Sauberkeit insgesamt nur ausreichend. Teil- Renovierung der Zimmer, weil neues Konzept: Istay. Baustelle unter Fenster.

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber. Die Möglichkeit im Zimmer nach der Anreise selbe Tee und Kaffee vorbereiten hat mir einen guten, entspannten Gefühl gegeben.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau aber auch die Lage war unter Kontrolle . Nach dem Umbau werden die Badezimmer mit einer Dusche ausgestattet statt wie bis jetzt mit einer Badewanne. Die Änderung empfinde ich als sehr positiv.
