I was one night there and it was clean and i liked that I spent a comfortable and peaceful day there.😊

Cons:

I would have been happy if there had been slippers there, so that I could walk around the room without shoes.

Staying in Berlin
Pros:

The hotel was exactly what we needed on the road. Was nice and perfect location on the east side. We could go out and enjoy a nice evening in Berlin. The staff was very nice and parking is provided. Room was good. We recommend for a short stay.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und bietet super Frühstück, auch das Abendessen beim Italiener im Gebäude ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer das wir hatten war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber und gut bewohnbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, es gibt nichts zu meckern.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Ablagefläche, vorallem im Bad. Das Bett hat keine Ritze in der Mitte, wunderbar. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, und Tassen, da kann man sich einen Tee oder Kaffee kochen.
Auf unseren Wunsch hin konnten wir das Zimmer schon früh beziehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gab Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr. Auch am Wochenende.

Alles in Ordnung
Pros:

Der Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber. Im Zimmer wurde ein Wasserkocher mit Teebeuteln zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Zimmer waren ausreichend Steckdosen, auch für USB, vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Fenster zur Straße waren nicht 100 % schalldicht. Der im Zimmer befindliche Kühlschrank hat mich in seiner Lautstärke nachts gestört. Eine Steckdose im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Für den Zugang nach 22 Uhr muss man beim Eingang klingeln. Hier würde ich mir einen Zugang mit der Schlüsselkarte wünschen.

The bed was comfortable, the rest was disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We paid for the XL room, which was supposed to come with bathrobes and slippers but it took 2 days to get them. I hadn’t brought a dressing gown as I was expecting a bathrobe. They said that the room wouldn’t be cleaned but I was surprised that the cups in our room were not washed or replaced. When we got there there were 2 bottles of water, tea bags and coffee pods, as I would expect for a supposedly 4 star hotel but this was never replenished during our 7 day stay. I do not consider this hotel to be 4 star at all.
