Att få bo på anrika, vackra Kurhaus Bintz var en upplevelse bara det. Rent, fint och mycket bra service

Cons:

Frühstück war schon mal besser, immer das selbe Angebot. Immer die selben schlechten Brötchen. Die Dusche hat laufend von warm auf kalt und zurück gewechselt.

Preis-Leistungsverhältniss stimmt nicht
Zimmer mit zerrissenen Gardinen,Balkonstühle zerrissen,Balkongeländer-und Boden mit Vogelkot belegt,in den 4 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gesäubert.Bei einem Zimmerpreis von ca 500€ sollte zumindest eine Kaffeemaschiene vorhanden sein.
Insgesamt das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel in dem wir bisher waren.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Der Balkon war durch Vogelexkremente verschmutzt und nicht nutzbar. Trotz Beschwerde hat es 2 Tage gedauert das zu beseitigen. Außerdem war der Balkon mit Meerblick äußerst renovierungsbedürftig und unansehnlich. Das hat den Aufenthalt in dem ansonsten sehr schönen Hotel doch deutlich geschmälert.
