Poor customer service. Also breakfast was 30 plus minutes late getting set up
Cons:

I got double charged for the room. They said they could not get there card to show the payment. I had everything on my phone after driving for 12 hrs, tired and a husband with Parkinsons. I gave in and paid again. Very sorry service
