Perfect location in the centre of the old town, charming with a twist, very kind and attentive staff in the restaurant dealing with complex allergies, really went the extra mile to make my partner feel safe and eat well.
Excellent location. Old world charm and elegance combined with modern thinking. Staff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Nothing really. We had a fan in our room which was a little warm but it’s an old hotel and was exceptionally warm.

Male receptionist was very jolly and smiley and especially helpful with a.gentle demeanour however the female receptionist interrupted and was abrupt so came across rude and had a hard stare!

Nydelige rom, flott beliggenhet i hjertet av byen. Kjempegod frokost, og god middag. Hotellet hadde generelt utsøkt interiør og en koselig bakhage. Anbefales!

Breakfast was Great. We also had a lovely Dinner there. The Design of the Hotel is amazing and surprisingly detailed.
We had a cozy Room and the Bed was rather on the small Side for 2 big People, but only a very small Minor to the lovely Room. 😬🫣

Staff were superb particularly the young man in the restaurant who was just about to qualify as a nurse. And the Reception staff were very good too.
Cooked breakfast poor particularly the avocado on toast. Avocado not fresh and had been blitzed until completely smooth. I expect it had been pre-done and left in bowl to scoop out as required.
Cereal choice poor as only nutty but delicious granola available. Disappointed no nut free cereal choice.
Breakfast room tables didn’t feel clean, felt grimy.
