We had a room in the eaves of the hotel and it was boiling hot with no air con

Loud extractor fan outside my window with kitchen smells finding their way into the room. Asked to move rooms and very kindly swapped into a different part of the hotel.
Great location in centre of Rye. We had two rooms around a little patio. Nicely decorated.
