I had a great first time experience at Ballys.
Pros:

The property was clean and the staff were wonderful. I like the close proximity between my room and the casino.

other then being locked out of room for 30 minutes stay was nice

Good place to relax. Very clean comfortable stay

Cons:

went to my room at night and card key didn’t work . took to front desk said they corrected problem , went up to room still didn’t work. took another try finally worked. said issue was with upgrade they made.

Pros:

Overall was very happy.
If i could recommend the showers with glass doors to have more space to put shower essentials, like maybe have a shower caddy.
