Really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

I thought the hotel and staff were great, friendly and everything was clean

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. The food was low quality. Only scrambled eggs, overcooked and the mushrooms undercooked. The bacon and sausage poor taste.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious. The beds were really comfy. It was surprisingly quiet in the hotel. The shower was powerful and easy to use. Love that there is a manned reception. Been to some self checkins recently and its just not the same, much prefer a smiling face to greet you.

Cons:

There's definitely room for a small fridge, but as there wasn't one, a few more pots of milk would be nice

Stay for graduation
Pros:

Lifts from car park to hotel and easy check in..our rooms were available early so we were able to drop luggage off and change. Room was large and airy. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Overnight car parking reasonably priced at £14. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

No air con in room but a fan was provided and windows open. Breakfast had good variety but some items had run out and it took time to replace. Felt it could have run until 10 rather than finishing at 9.30. Also lunch..we had fish finger sandwich on ciabatta..very generous portion but the fish fingers were small and nothing special for the price.

. . . it was disappointing that the room did not have air-conditioning, especially during a heatwave, and the in-room fridge was also warm!
