Really enjoyed it a very nice hotel out drive want working and the reception got a replacer quickly

Cons:

The room was very warm and had no air con only a desk fan we had to keep the windows open and we could hear the traffic noice all night, not much foot choice for a vegetarian

Pros:

Upon arrival, the reception staff were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble.
Our room was very spacious and clean with fresh bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities. There was bath towels and the bathroom was lovely

Amazing hotel with very welcoming staff

Fantastic staff, really smart, clean and immaculate hotel with spacious rooms. Excellent value for money!

Clean, comfortable.
Pros:

Second stay at the Clayton. Good location for my needs. No issues at all with the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet with a lot to choose from. Good price for my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately one of the hottest days / nights of the year and no air conditioning in the actual room (a desk fan is provided, which was appreciated). The public rooms were air consitioned.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Staff were brilliant, it was hot and they provided a fan and I requested a fridge which they brought promptly so we could have cold water. Room was spotless, beds comfy and a plentiful breakfast with helpful staff. Bar area was lovely and really nice cocktails made fresh. Tea and coffee on the room, water provided for the kettle and a couple of packets of biscuits.

Cons:

It was hot and no air con but that's not really the hotels fault. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

Have stopped previously but would reconsider going back as standards have dropped

Cons:

The room was over the entrance and designated smoking area so very noisy and smell of smoke coming in the room .
The cleaning of the room was poor
