Pros:

Comfortable room. Plenty tea, water. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Plenty pillows.

Cons:

Blood on mattress. Didn't say about it as it would of freaked g.friend out. Also had to keep going down about remote control on telly as batteries supplied were no good. Eventually maintenance changed the remote on the 3rd day.

Pros:

Lovely hotel friendly and helpful staff. The room we were initially was very far from the lift and i struggle walking at times. My sister asked if we could have a room nearer to the lift and it was changed immediately. It was a lovely room a good size. Beds were softer than our own, but we were ok. Oh the newly fitted shower was sublime.

Resturant was lovely and clean as with the self serving food area nothing to complain about. Good selection of breakfast items hot and cold.

I would stay again if the rooms standed are as good as the one we had.

Cons:

The only downfall was there were no sockets by the bedside. Otherwise no complaints.

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge, tea and coffee, an iron and additional towels. I thought the breakfast was excellent value for money (particularly liked the real coffee) and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't very pleasant - a hand held shower with a lot of limescale. I would have expected a shower that matched the quality of my own shower at home - good water pressure and clean.j
