Breakfast not as described room no furniture filthy condition.

Tidy place , good location

Friendly helpful staff, good parking facilities, quiet, good for price, convenient.

Very clean very impressed for a Days Inn. Reception staff friendly and helpful would recommend to friends.

We always stayed for our birthday week.. this is the first I was asked to pay for parking that too 25 pounds.. too much.. we stayed 5 days and when asked the lady if she could hover our room she wasn’t happy to do it but she did.. we only asked her to do it because we have a 2 yr old child.. there used to be microwave but this time it wasn’t.. very difficult if you have children.. you need to make milk or food hot.. luckily this time they had international sockets..

Awful night sleep

The hotel had hardly any guests yet we got put in a room next to the stairs so had people up and down all night and people talking loudly until gone 2.30am you could here people walking directly above all night
The room looked like its not been changed since the 70's its definitely overdue a refurb

Great service. Room clean though a little tired looking, but great for the price. Bed comfortable. Still not a fan of paying extra for parking when booking through a third party site.

Very disappointed with my stay. The website says “housekeeping on request” but in reality it’s only every 4 days, and staff were rude and dismissive, even saying they “don’t care” what the website says.

Other issues:
• No microwave
• No air conditioning
• No fresh bed sheets
• Towels only if collected from reception
• Parking charged £5/day but they have their own parking space

Misleading advertising, poor customer service, and overall a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Not the best

Toilet was leaking from Bottom, Tv - Remote not working, Lights not working. Toilet was clean but leaking from bottom, Room No -010-

1. Missed turn as road sign obscured .
2. Was shocked to find out that I had to pay £5 for parking. When there was no mention of this when I booked.
3. The staff are exceptional so nice and the cleaning staff work to the best of their ability with a tired old building.

Having my booking done in March cancelled on the day of arrival,leaving me high and dry on an important birthday weekend without accommodation out of pocket , frustrated , miserable and furious

Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful.

Property ok. Beds clean. It is what it is but a bit high priced for what it is. Walkable to outlet centre and restaurants. Other than that nothing there, but it is on a service station :-)

It was a pleasant stay only lacked electric sockets near the bed

Convenient, pet friendly though very clean

Pillows smelt of sweat towels had marks on
Staff very nice helpful
Room did not get cleaned even though we put the sign on door had to ask for clean towels
Shower head had black grunge coming out when switched on
Fan in bathroom and vents were filthy

Great stay! Angela gave us a lovely welcome at reception and was really helpful. The room was clean and large. Short stay but was happy with everything!
