Room very below acceptable condition. Stained carpet, worn and damaged furniture.
Dirty. Long hairs on pillows.
Mattress extremely thin and could feel springs and base of bed.
No response to request for extra pillows. Poor quality of bedding.
Aircon set at 27.5 degrees, unable to change temperature so useless.
Dividing door between room next door. Noisy neighbours who were trying to open door at 2am.
Thin walls and could hear noise all night.
Outdoor lights shining in room, equivalent of flood lights on a football pitch. Blinding light through curtain all night. I cannot express how bright these were! completely unacceptable for any reason. Photo attached was at 1am!

The staff were lovely and friendly. I did experience a couple of issues but they were very helpful and we got everything sorted quickly. The location was great as I was attending a concert at Wembley and the hotel was right next to the train station which is only 1 stop to Wembley. There is a big Sainsbury's across the road for anything you have forgotten to pack like me and some takeaways around if you want anything to eat late. Secure parking at the back and reasonable £10 per stay charge. The continental breakfast was ok and everything on offer was fresh.
There was an issue with the toilet in the first room I was allocated, I was given another room straight away with no question but unfortunately the window was broken and not able to close. The staff were great, friendly and professional and it was 3rd time lucky on the room front as there was no maintenance available, understandable being a Sunday. All the rooms were very clean.

Rooms very dated need modernising. Beds not the comfiest. Creaky floorboards. Aircon didnt work and window barely opened. Curtains didnt cover full window so was letting sunlight in. Also must have the slowest lift in the world
Great location for attending gig at Wembley Stadium. Staff very friendly. Room was perfect for my daughter and I.
ADVERTISES aircon and it did not work so did not stay, now fighting for a refund!

The rooms are a bit dated but they have been given a freshen up since I stayed some time ago, and that was good to see.
