Don't deserve 3 stars. Now I understand those mixed reviews...
Pros:

Location just 50m from Central Tube station.
Regular staff at reception was kind and helpful although manager was very bad - this lady needs to be replaced.
Only few rooms had not bad mattress. All other rooms has crappy ones...

Cons:

I now understand the mixed reviews about this hotel. First of all, it falls far short of a 3-star rating. The hotel is old, with badly damaged furniture, and repaired walls without a paint job – no one seems to care – it's supposed to be cheap, and you can feel it.

Just look at the photos. Plus, the prices are comparable to a 4-star Hilton in Heathrow... The location itself is excellent, with a Sainsbury's and the Central metro right on your doorstep.

On my first day, I was given a room that didn't even deserve a 1-star rating... BEWARE of the mattresses – they're terrible. There are literally a few rooms with a decent mattress – the rest are a complete disaster. The rooms facing the metro are naturally noisy and quite audible. The rooms facing the conference center – well, you can probably guess – if there's a party, you're out of bed...

Regarding the cleaning. I asked twice for the bathtub to be cleaned and scrubbed again, and I ended up cleaning it myself... The rest is fine because I wasn't particularly demanding, although the price of £79 is exorbitant – there was a Radisson at Heathrow for £49 – but they're far away, so they take advantage of that if someone cares about this location.

The air conditioning wasn't working because they only turn it on in the summer. So, it was 25 degrees Celsius in the room and I couldn't sleep! I had to leave the windows open all day to get back to 19 degrees Celsius, then close the window and somehow survive the night... It's inexcusable!

The worst situation was with the hotel manager. I had a problem with the payment; for some reason, my card wouldn't accept, and they canceled my reservation. I called the hotel and was assured that I would pay the full amount on arrival.

Pros:

Direkte Lage zur Tube Station South Ruislip (Rote Linie / Central Line). Fahrzeit zur Tower Bridge ca. 1 Stunde.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und weist einen gewissen Renovierungsstau auf.
Das im Preis inkludierte Frühstück war dürftig. Toast, Kochschinken, Käse, Honig und Marmelade. Eierspeisen und Engl. Frühstück konnte man auf Rechnung bestellen.

Parking, location close to South Ruislip Station, large bedroom, bathroom with a large bath. Continental breakfast included.

Cons:

Dated decor, my shower temperature knob broken, room was too hot. My room was in the front, with the window open it was noisey

the restaurant is good, the location is next to the underground. easy parking. the male staff on check in were very friendly. hot shower

Cons:

i went to the shop and when i returned there were members of staff in my room fixing windows. this wasnt good as my personal possessions were left locked in the room. then there were multiple people in there. this should have been done once i checked out.

Pros:

Embora longe do centro, só é necessário apanhar a linha vermelha( central)para o centro de Londres, voltava a ficar la se necessário.
A paragem do metro é muito perto do Hotel.
Tem restaurantes e vários supermercados mesmo junto do Hotel.
Tem um restaurante grill foi bom.
Tem loja 24h aberta, ao lado do hotel.
O ar condicionado funcionou sempre muito bem.
Águas do duche é bem quente.

Tv ok.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de remodelação, mas esta limpo.

A cama nao é muito confortável. Mas como estávamos cansados dormimos muito bem. No entando estava limpa.

Nao tem frigorífico.

Os moveis do quarto têm marcas de uso. Mas funcionam.

Pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade. ( tem pao, torradas, croissants, fruta, iougurtes, cafe , leite, queijo e fiambre. Tem também compotas.

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile. Location well served by tube, rail and bus. Enjoyed nice Indian meal one eve.

Cons:

The sausage in the English Breakfast was disappointing, not much pork in it I'd say.
