I’ll never stay there again
Pros:

Close to where I needed to be

Cons:

Old and outdated showers don’t work very well floorboards creek every movement TV doesn’t work no satellite TV as of advertised couldn’t turn the heating off on the fans and when rang reception said there’s nothing they can do about it very old and rundown hotel

Great base for exploring London
Pros:

After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried about staying at this hotel, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is quite old and some elements are worn, but it offers everything we needed. There is easy and quick access from the motorway, a large, safe, and affordable car park, and a metro station very close by. The breakfast is continental, but tasty and sufficient. The rooms were very clean, well lit, and very well soundproofed – we couldn’t hear any noise at all. The beds were very comfortable. Considering the price per night, I believe it is really worth staying there.

Cons:

Some parts of the equipment are clearly worn out or not fully functional, for example the shower tap was leaking. However, if you treat the hotel mainly as a place to sleep, this is not a major issue.

Very good for a short stay and my requirement, quiet, clean, friendly, secure would recommend.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and accommodated my needs

Cons:

The whole hotel was clean and tidy, the room that I stayed in was a little dated but very comfortable, no real problems apart the basic tea, coffee facilities were basic, there was not bottles of water and the bathroom ‘freebies’ (cleaning products) were sparse but nothing broken and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Convenient for us, clean but a bit tired.
Pros:

Location was good for us, walking distance to a family celebration. Checkout at 11am was good.

Cons:

No milk in the room to make tea. Room was tired. Very squeaky bathroom door. Noise from outside the hotel kept us awake / Police sirens or possibly ambulances, as well as noisy cars racing each other. Car parking is an additional charge.
