Staff
Location was good, staff friendly
A bit outdated, some makeup stained towels.
Also we had a power cut to the room twice.
the location and the price
the room was far too hot and the shower ran warm even on the coolest temperature setting which made it very difficult to stay comfortable during the heatwave
Staff are lovely, quiet room, comfy bed, very close to tube
Unfortunately no air con in the hotel bedrooms 🥵there was a plastic fan but no good at all- it was just as well we’d taken our metal fan as that made the stay manageable
Excellent location for getting to Wembley by train or around London using the underground.
No negatives
I booked it because they had air con that was the con air con not working took an hour for electric fan. No explenation for not working, restraunt had none working air con and my room
Staff are always very helpful, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel in a good location and offers excellent value for money. For the price of the room, it’s hard to complain — no, it’s not the Ritz, but it’s not charging Ritz prices either.
My only real criticism is that the air conditioning appears to be locked in ventilation mode rather than cooling mode. During the hottest week of the year, room-temperature air simply isn’t enough. Proper air conditioning would make the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff did kindly provide a fan, which was appreciated, but having the AC available would make a huge difference.
Despite this, I stay here regularly and will continue to do so because the hotel is excellent in almost every other respect.
Perfect access for us driving from the north and then catching the train to Wembley lees than 5 mins walk to station
Staff very accommodating
Plenty of supermarkets in minutes walk a pub next door and restraunt on site
Excellent having a car park for an additional charge it worked very well for us. Done may argue it should be free????
comfortable bed.
breakfast was minimal
Not much more then the location to my temporary job
The bathroom, the bed, air conditioning. Breakfast.
NOTHING
Our group booked over 10 rooms for 13 nights, paying approximately £135–£145 per room per night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. During outdoor temperatures exceeding 30°C, the rooms remained at 28°C or higher because the AC either did not work or was completely ineffective. It was almost impossible to sleep, and several members of our group felt unwell because of the heat.
The hospitality was frankly terrible. Whenever we raised concerns about dirty rooms or the lack of proper housekeeping, instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, staff were often dismissive and rude. Customer service was completely lacking.
Housekeeping standards were unacceptable. Rooms were not cleaned properly, bedding was not changed regularly, vacuuming was inconsistent, and the overall hygiene was far below what anyone would expect from a hotel charging these rates.
These problems affected multiple rooms across our group and were clearly systemic, not isolated incidents.
Charging £135–£145 per night for a hotel whose usual rates are closer to £75–£85 made the experience even more disappointing. The quality simply did not justify the price.
We have requested a substantial partial refund. If this matter is not resolved fairly, we will pursue it through the booking platforms and the appropriate consumer protection channels.
Based on our experience, we would not return and cannot recommend this hotel
Great location and good sized rooms.
The Aircon didn't work and it was too hot to sleep.
I did ask for a fan and was told they would bring one but never did.
