The remodel rooms were beautiful. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.
The construction inside the hotel was bad. The breakfast buffet was not very good. I used to think Embassy Suites had the best breakfast, which was why I booked there this time, but I was very disappointed.
Property has nothing good
Hotel is under construction which wasn’t disclosed during booking, the pool is not available, breakfast was horrible and the staff were rude.. my room was dirty and the microwave had no plate
The webpage does not show all the renovations that are going on right now, Feb '26. I can deal with renovations, but razor blades lying on the floor where they had taken up part of the carpet? I did mention this to the front desk on my way out. The blankets on the bed had obvious holes in it. Looked like they just threw on any old rag and called it a comforter.
The location. Inside is renovation, looks like a ghost town/scary movie
Being open during renovations, looked scary. Pool didn’t work, bucket in workout room, dust everywhere besides the bar area.
The location
When I got there, I did not realize the place was under construction. It was not fit to have guests in. I am shocked that the embassy would even book stays in this environment. Dusty, debris unimaginable. I could not get my money back because I did a 3rd party book. Also, I opened my room to another couple already in the room? How do you make that mistake? Unreal finish to 2025, New Years Eve.
Everything was great. I was just surprised to find out, when I arrived, that the hotel was undergoing renovations. I think this should have been communicated when I booked my reservations.

Comfortable bed, a clean room that was a nice size
Bathroom in the room had paint peeling on the ceiling and a light fixture that was broken. Other parts of the room seemed to be in functional but substandard condition as well.
I’m always satisfied with Embassy Suites. The breakfast is so very good
Breakfast
No shuttle but it is advertised on their website. Rooms were nasty. Pull out bed was nothing but springs in your back. One remote for both rooms. Charged for incidentals but that was not disclosed when we booked.
There was no bathroom door - there was a shower curtain in lieu of a door.
There was mold up and down the wall next to my bed. Room 515. I have pictures.
Told the front desk and the gentleman barely looked at me, I held up the picture to show him and he said ok I’ll tell facilities. He didn’t seem to want to be bothered. That’s disgusting and not safe to breathe and should not be a room being rented out!!!
Didn’t Check In
It’s Horrible
Location. Newly refurbished room was nice.
Under renovation. Noisy and dusty during the day, with industrial smells from the work. Housekeeping staff not careful—room not vacuumed, coffee cups/glasses not replaced. Bathroom sink cracked.
Don’t stay here.
I checked in - the front lobby looked like raccoons lived there. The place is under renovations, but that’s no excuse for your lobby looking like nobody gives a damn. I get to my room and the floor is covered in what I can only hope was dirt/silt (and not dried human feces). The sink looked like something had exploded in it and was covered in some kind of residue. I returned to the desk to let them know and requested another room only to be told they were sold out. It was 11:30pm at night. As I was leaving to walk across the street to the Marriott Courtyard, the night manager tells me he’s suddenly found another room for me. Hard pass.
I cannot believe Hilton allows their name to be put on a property like this. I’m a Gold Honors member and was tossed out into the night because these people had no idea their rooms had literal sh** all over the floor. I’d say it was all just some bad luck, but this was a franchisee who doesn’t give a damn thinking that instead of being the hospitality business he could be in the f*** you business.
If there were any sanity in the world, Hilton would revoke your franchise immediately to protect its global brand from loser operators like this one.
