It was nice just under construction

I liked that the room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Thanks to the kind and welcoming team who helped ensure my stay was comfortable! As of June 2026, I noticed some guests have simultaneously expected excellent facilities while making it as unpleasant as possible for this hotel staff to deliver on all the updates and room upgrades that are a vital part of getting to a common end goal. I truly appreciate a hotel that invests significantly into making the property as beautiful and pleasant as possible for its guests. The upgrades to the room I stayed in were beautiful. I look forward to the pool renovation and am counting down to a return visit to check it out again upon completion. My first stay at this property was over 20 years ago, and you have been and remain an excellent hotel option that I recommend whenever possible. Keep up the great work, Embassy Suites Blue Ash! This stay was a personal booking, but potential interest in arranging a negotiated rate for local business.

We stayed here for three nights. The ongoing remodel has made it leaps nicer than it was last year. The rooms are very nice now and modern looking. HVAC works well. I hope it is maintained to this quality. I didn't think the ongoing construction noise was bad like I had read in other reviews. Breakfast was more than adequate with a great selection of hot food and drinks. My only complaint is that they made the bathroom door a sliding barn door which still has gaps and limits privacy. Nice hotel in a nice area. We have stayed here twice and will return. It seems to be a well-run property. Can't wait to see the final product.

Overall clean and comfortable

Wow. What a super disappointing stay. Begged for early check I told them coming in for son's wedding nope. Checked in they said you should you were MOG we would have accommodated you. I said I tried. Moved twice due to no air , tv or internet... we just suffered through with 75 to 80 degrees. Awful awful experience. Not to mention. 8 cars broken into Dust and noise due to major Reno kids spilling coffee everywhere the floors that were available to walk on just flithy. So embarrassing for everyone. Men painting over your head as you exit. Nice- telling everyone to stay away. The staff could care less gave us a extra drink ticket that the bar would not use because they didn't date it

I liked how the newly renovated rooms looked. My children enjoyed having a separate space to watch TV in our suite.

Very very disappointed about my experience at the Embassy Suites Blue Ash Ohio. It was a simple staycation for us. Room was okay although the bed was not a crisp look when we arrived. We selected this hotel to have the made to order breakfast, pool, and nice atmosphere. It's NOT as advertised on their website as well as on phone announcement while you wait on hold. No made to order breakfast, pool closed until June 2026. Breakfast was definitely subpar. No omelette station. Before we left there was a knock at the door with no announcement of who it was, and within 3 seconds the door opened. No apologies, just closed the door. To pay just north of $200, it was quite disappointing. Would not recommend at all.

We were very happy with our room. As always it was comfortable and very clean. We loved the breakfast and the evening reception. The staff for breakfast and the evening reception were all very nice and accommodating. We loved having a 12pm check out time instead of 11am.
