Pros:

They were awesome, had a little issue with booking about the parking, they told me what to do and fixed the issue right away, everything else went pretty smooth with the shuttle and timing. Really happy with the front desk service.

Warm and clean. They served dinner until 10pm which was a blessing, as we arrived late on an international flight in a snow storm on 25th of Jan and needed a place to stay overnight to avoid the storm. We were heading to Vermont and needed a place to rest.

Cons:

The listing said it was very close to the airport, which as the crow flies, was true, but on a cold and dark night it was hard to navigate a very complicated set of highway changes and round about the houses. We were caught up in a snow storm and needed to wait it out). What said was a few miles turned into a 30
minute trek.

Quick business trip and it was perfect!
Pros:

Best experience for work travel ever. Front reception Mykala and Sandy went over and above for me. Ensuring my shuttle arrived on time and helping me get a great cup of coffee before I headed home. Their English was refreshing and for the first time in all my years of travel, I had a great conversation during check out. I promise I will be back because of them!

Cons:

I was hoping for complimentary coffee or continental breakfast in the lobby.
