Déçu de la qualité pour un hôtel 4 étoiles

Chambre bizarre car on entrait par la salle de bain, petit déjeuner léger il manquait des viennoiseries et la dame du petit déjeuner nous a carrément dit «  je vais en racheter », ménage pas terrible dans la chambre car toile d’araignée

Pros:

We had a lovely stay! The staff were wonderful and very helpful — especially Stella :). The breakfast was simple but very nice and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to everything we needed.

Cons:

Often, there was no refill of fresh cups, tea, milk, or body cream. However, when you asked for it, they would provide it. The only problem was that you’d expect, after mentioning it once, they would make sure it was replenished every day :) — but that wasn’t the case. We had to remind them daily

Pros:

The staff were really polite and lovely

Cons:

The room was very outdated dirty and smelt of smoke . The shower hasnt been cleaned properly. I felt like i had to wear socks my whole stay as didnt feel comfortable taking them off. Felt dirty. I had to sleep with the window open as it smelt that strong of smoke.

I couldn’t stay! I left after seeing the room, I didn’t feel comfortable it was a prostitution too
Pros:

Nothing, it was the opposite to the pictures, the lady on the front desk didn’t speak English. It was a circle bed with a mirror on the ceiling and looked like a brothel. I couldn’t stay so I had to leave. I’d like a full refund.

die Lage war gut

Cons:

sehr schlechter Standard, auf keinen Fall vier Sterne, das Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte sich kaum umdrehen, es war mikro und dafür einfach zu teuer. Der Nachtportier war außerdem sehr unfreundlich. Schade, wir hatten gedacht ein schönes Boutique Hotel zu buchen aber es war eine große Enttäuschung

Perfect for a few nights
Pros:

Oberkampf district is nearby, where a lot of what's new in Paris starts.
Clean and comfortable
