Location and value for money
Pros:

The location was perfect and staffs were very friendly. I had to check out very early so had to have breakfast box, but it was very delicious and freshly prepared!

Cons:

Just problem with wifi in the room I stayed, it was not stable all the time, couldn't really have a video call at all. But in my second stay (after 1 week) I was placed in another room and the wifi was good, I guess it must just a problem with that particular room I had on the upper floor, they may need to setup wifi booster up there to fix this problem.

Le calme, le petit déjeuner en buffet très complet, le nettoyage en chambre fait chaque jours, la sécurité à l’entrée.
La proximité avec la plage et les magasins.

Cons:

Le pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas bien
La clim qui fonctionnait mais les réglages de ventilation c’était pas trop ça

Would stay again. Linda is very nice and helpful.
Pros:

Great location and vibes in surrounding area. Close to many good restaurants, pubs and clubs.

Cons:

Everything about this property was great except the upstairs toilet.

Perfect, great bang for buck!
Pros:

The gardens are beautiful, staff are so friendly. Beds comfortable. Pool is perfect temperature with swim up bar. Great location. Safe and secured hotel with security out front.

Perfect oasis offering excellent value for money.
Pros:

Beautiful oasis in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Super close to Waterbom Park. Excellent value, huge bed, amazing pool and lush tropical gardens.

Great Location, Good for the Budget Conscious
Pros:

Great location, fantastic pool, beautiful gardens and lovely staff. Our room was clean and comfortable but was starting to look a bit tired. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options but it was all a bit meh. This hotel is a good, budget friendly option for a night or 2 on your way in or on your way out of Bali.

Great in Kuta 1 not so much noise and great swimming pool

Cons:

We asked for water bottle - at 11:30pm - he told us sorry I can’t give you any water if you want to drink go buy somewhere else…. When you’re asleep not great service.

When the check out supposed to be at 12:00 please do not call the room at 11:50 to ask us to leave…. Again not great service. No one offer you any help with heavy luggage’s - nothing.

Het blijft een fijn verblijf.
Pros:

Ruime kamer, goede bedden. Restaurants en winkels nabij. Fijn zwembad

Cons:

De luidruchtige buurman. Uiteindelijk werden we verhuisd naar een andere kamer.
Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam, maar geen persoonlijke benadering. We kwamen voor de 3e keer, maar geen teken van herkenning.
