Pros:

El staff es magnífico! La ubicación muy buena !

Cons:

La primera habitación me la dieron encima de la cocina y olía a ajo y aceite frito toda la habitación...me cambiaron a otra sin problema.

Great location close to all shops and restaurants
Pros:

Close to water bom park five minutes walk Kuta beach also has shopping mall straight opposite, and let us check in a couple of hours early, which was great and buffet breakfast in the morning was awesome great variety

Cons:

Air conditioning was not fully cold but good enough

Le personnel très accueillant, le restaurant à prix attractifs, idéal pour une nuit de transit près de l’aéroport. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu.
A proximité, Le waterboom Bali et un centre commercial.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur désagréable d’humidité dans la chambre.

A disgrace to employees
Pros:

The way this hotel treats its employees is ridiculous and needs to be mentioned. You may want to reconsider whether you really want to book your vacation there.

An employee asked me if I could help her improve her English skills during her official break times, which I agreed to, and I even organised lunch for the break.

The very next day, when I was gone, she was called into the office and blamed for using her lunch break to spend time speaking English with me. Her boss even called me and acted as if everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about.

Bottom line: she was fired because she wanted to improve her English and communicate better with guests.

Old hotel, really needs refurbishment.
Pros:

Pro : Hotel location infront of Discovery Mall Kuta

Cons : Check-in is only allowed exactly at 2PM, so you’ll have to wait until then. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, only stairs, so you need to carry your luggage up to Level 1, which is very inconvenient. The hotel feels old, and the air conditioner isn’t cold at all even if you leave it on 24 hours. The mattress and bed are also quite worn out. They really need to consider refurbishing, because everything is just too outdated.

Pros:

My family and I have been staying at this hotel for several times now , The hotel itself its nice , cosy and the staff are amazing, the rooms spacious and very clean , The location is perfect for our holidays, walking distance from a lot of nice places and malls.
Every time we walk in Hotel , reception staff greet us with warm smiles and they genuinely care about the visitors. I will come back all the time. Make us feel very welcome 🙏
