I had a perfect stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—it’s conveniently located right opposite a Shopping Mall, and Kuta Beach is just behind the mall, so everything is within walking distance. The proximity to Denpasar Airport is also a huge plus.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spotless, clean, and very neat. I also treated myself to the 3.5-hour traditional Balinese massage package (which included a spa massage, pedicure, and ear candling) near the pool—it was absolutely fantastic and so relaxing! To top it off, the food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for the value, service, and location!
The only downside—and the reason I can't give 5 stars—was the tap and shower water quality. The water had a brownish tint, and we actually had to bring our own shower head and use facial tissue to cover the tap to filter it. I think the whole Bali water is like that, so hopefully the government can consider solving this problem so that tourists will feel more comfortable and the destination can attract even more visitors.
Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren nur zwei Tage dort haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist der Höhepunkt der Unterkunft.

Good location not far from Kuta centre, was so convenient as we had a shopping mall right opposite so plenty of food options beach was also walking distance. The room was very comfortable with a nice balcony, the AC was amazing so cold!

Close to the discovery mall and short walk to beach, the hotel is set away from the street it’s very quite inside the hotel, nice pool, clean facilities and rooms well appointed huge comfy beds , lovely massages every morning by the pool for a great price we had breakfast every morning as included great choices. Reception staff lovely and we had a wonderful young man from reception dropped off us back to the airport (I forgot to write his name down😫) on check out and nothing was ever a bother

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goeie locatie. Over een grote mall en naast waterbom bali . En toch heb je geen last van de drukte in het hotel. Grote kamers. En goed restaurant, waar je lekker kan eten.
Having a pool access room was a bonus as I had previously stayed up stairs. Pool access rooms had all the little things that make your stay more comfortable. Location is a bonus as everything I needed was close by. Beach within walking distance as you can cross the road and you are at Discovery Mall using this to access to the beach path.
If you enjoy a cooler pool this is the place
The staff were very friendly and helpful and always there to help. The breakfast was yum and had a lot of food to choose from
