Pros:

Our location...we were close to the ferry terminal.

Cons:

We had a two bedroom two bath and d one of the rooms had a tiny shower. The restaurant was small as well as the lounge verses what was online.

Location was 👍 good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The size of the shower especially was very small , it's hardly 1 meter×1meter. No handheld . You have no option but to stand/drench in cold water until you adjust the water temp.

We thoroughly enjoyed our luxury stay at the Oswego
Pros:

The Hotel is very comfortable, clean and modern
The suite was exceptional, quiet and well resourced
Beds were very comfortable
The restaurant food is delicious

Cons:

The fridge was very noisy in the living area
The restaurant portion sizes were small for the price
Not a big enough reception lounge area for an evening aperitif

Mixed feelings about the stay. First 2 nights excellent but 3rd night disappointing.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

Our 2 bookings were made separately and couldn’t be linked so we had to move rooms after 2 nights. The 2nd room which was on floor 9 was noisy and the shower didn’t work well.
