Pros:

Loved the location and the suite was very spacious and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Friendly and easy going which is great when travelling alone. Plenty of Earl Grey teabags too.

One of my favorite spots of all time, staff were extremely welcoming especially for our two dogs.
Pros:

Location and staff. Incredibly accommodating staff and wonderful room.

Great Location and Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The location of the accommodation was excellent, and it was great to be able to visit many place without a car. The kitchen was also very well equipped, which made it perfect for a family trip. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. If I visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had an amazing time here! We had our dogs with us and have never felt more welcome to have our furry family with us.
Pros:

Amazing location in James Bay, very close to the Ferry, great restaurants, beautiful walking paths along the bay, and many nearby attractions. Beautiful views from the hotel balcony of the bay and surrounding area. Can’t wait to return!!

Perfect Hotel in Centrum Victoria.
Pros:

Mooie ruimer kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Een Keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt en een heerlijke ruime badkamer. Deze kamer voelt echt aan als een appartement. Centrum van Victoria op loopafstand. Ook de parkeergarage is erg ruim.

Great location and nice rooms
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to everything, quiet neighborhood but lively restaurant, nice size rooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Beds could be improved: mattress was ok, a little on the soft side compared to other hotels we have been to, and bedframe itself felt "light", not as anchored as most hotels beds.
We could slightly hear our neighbors above.
