The rooms were a good size. The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed. Staff were friendly. The room was not as clean as we had hoped and we did not get a good clean of the room until we insisted they vacuum the room. However, overall last day was excellent.

Everything was great!
Very nice hotel. Superb location, just a a couple of blocks from the BC Parliament Buildings, the Inner Harbour etc. The only complain would be about the shower, which is a shame. Tiny cabin without a handheld, but with a rain shower head that is very awkward to use in the constrained space.

Excellent boutique hotel, very clean and comfortable. Very personable and helpful staff. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood, but less than 10 minute walk to the Inner Harbor, the starting point for most areas of interest in downtown Victoria. And a walk in the opposite direction of the Inner Harbor leads to a nice waterfront walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We would have no hesitation in returning to this little gem, in a future trip.

In town for 1 night for a volleyball tournament. The location was perfect and the VIP Expedia amenties included free parking and a coffee/tea in the morning.
