Dissapointed that this is what constitutes a top tier hotel in Abuja. Much better options available.
Pros:

Food was decent and the breakfast buffet had a good selection even though the restuarant service was a little slow for the omelette station. The location was ideal as well as it is at the centre of Abuja.

Cons:

Staff were not friendly AT ALL. It always took multiple attempts to get someone to help especially at check in. The valet was the worst. I also found the overall hotel quality and finish dated and a bit slimey. Felt very overpriced for what you get in reality.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming and breakfast at the executive lounge was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to Ekoche and Moji who made the stay even more enjoyable.

Pros:

Excellent services as I've been lodging here since 2019. The variety of foods shows a balanced diet appropriate for all categories of people. The staff are supportive with excellent mao. I will like to come again. Chef Eliza is fantastic. I will recommend her as the star staff.
