Exceptional hospitality and thoughtful service

The team at Transcorp Hilton Abuja made my stay memorable through their warmth and attention to detail. They kindly extended my checkout to 1pm, and when I found no fish at the buffet, on my way out for a late flight, the chef prepared some especially for me—a thoughtful gesture I particularly appreciated as a pescatarian.

I also returned to my table to discover that I had accidentally left both phones in plain sight. Finding them untouched was a huge relief.

A few minor room niggles were far outweighed by the excellent service. Special thanks to the restaurant team and chef for going the extra mile.

Cons:

There were a few small room niggles: the television was a little fiddly to operate, and I would have welcomed a chocolate drink option and some biscuits to snack on.
