Dorcas definitely knows how to welcome guests and put a smile on their faces, she did a great job showing us where to sit and Peter brought exactly the order we asked for, I had a great experience here thanks, will visit again, the pool side and view is amazing

My 4 stay on business visit to abuja.
Pros:

It’s always an amazing experience at the Hilton Abuja. Even though it was for a business visit I was able to enjoy myself here. I met Ms. Oge who was very helpful in assisting with a few questions. Also at the Bukka at met Ms. Osio who showed me the menu. I look forward to visiting soon.

Great facilities and wonderful staff
Pros:

Staff members are very well trained and attentive. Special thanks to Kenneth and Loveline, they made my experience at the lounge even better. Top quality services all around the hotel. My two week stay was very pleasant. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

THE hotel to choose in Abuja.
Pros:

The Transcorp Hilton Abuja is the best (and safest) hotel in Abuja. The staff is universally friendly, polite and well-spoken. I had especially good interactions with LINDA (who assisted me with a rather complicated check-in and got everything worked out), ENYIA (who went from my 9th floor room to the lobby and back multiple times to assist me with some key-related issues, JUDE (who handled a significant security event with skill and care) and Yakubu (a concierge who was quite helpful).

Pros:

Great and safe international hotel
Pros:

Good international hotel. Great pool area with relaxed service from the bars which is nice. No pushing but good service. Buffet restaurant has many local meals - tasted good. Has a great and cheaper pastry cafe. Nice checkout service at reception, Peter.
Only comment was that I made exchange of cash outside banking hours and that was weird and off normal records - bad exchange rate by a non hotel person and no receipt despite I asked at the reception where the currency exchange is highlighted.

Exceptional Service from Rahab at Suya Terrace
Pros:

I had such a lovely experience at Suya Terrace thanks to Rahab. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. She was warm, friendly, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Rahab gave excellent recommendations based on what I was looking for, and everything she suggested turned out to be perfect. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of throughout my visit.

Exceptional service like this makes all the difference. Thank you, Rahab, for making my time at Suya Terrace so memorable. I will definitely be back.
