Quiet and clean - you won't find a better situated accommodation with a great breakfast to start the day's adventures!
Pros:

This was a great find - close to a metro (Plaza Espana) and walking distance of many superb restaurants as well as the Royal Palace, the Opera House, Mercado Malasana, Chocolateria San Gines, a park close by with a view of the city skyline and the busy Gran Via for shopping.
Breakfast was lovely - buffet style consisting of fresh fruit, cereal & yoghurt, breads, cakes and pastries, egg, meat and cheese, tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice. The ladies at breakfast were always smiling and couldn't do enough. The rooms were quiet, large comfortable bed, a kettle and self catering kitchen (no food/refreshments, except water and a mini bar, so remember to take coffee and tea). One night we bought beers and wine to have in the room - it is so cheap to buy!
One day, we decided to explore further afield and took a bus (16?) to El Escorial in the mountains. It's an hour and totally worth at 14 euros. You get entrance to what was King Felipe II royal palace and we spent at least 4hrs going round looking at the magnificent architecture, paintings, rooms and the Real Monasterio where it is reported that Felipe released a bull to run amok amongst the monks for a bit of fun!
Back to the Suites, it was always a pleasure to relax in the room, recharge and go for a nice dinner, not too far away. Highly recommended.

Hotel pequeño y sin pretensiones, para estancias cortas
Pros:

La ubicación, muy céntrica, junto a la Gran Vía y la Plaza de España. El hotel es pequeño pero al estar bien situado, puedes estar entrando y saliendo todo el día para ir a los sitios, por lo que tampoco vas a estar mucho tiempo en la habitación. Madrid tiene tantas cosas que ver y hacer, que es imposible aburrirse. El buffet del desayuno a veces estaba un poco lleno, pero siempre encontramos una mesa, es pequeño pero tampoco eché en falta nada importante, tiene más o menos de todo. Se agradece que nos permitieron dejar las maletas en la consigna durante el día de salida, después de dejar la habitación.

Cons:

La calefacción inicialmente parecía que no calentaba lo suficiente, de hecho se estaba más caliente en la zona de recepción que en la habitación, aunque al día siguiente parece que mejoró. Y el hotel diría que es algo pequeño para mi gusto, sin apenas zonas comunes, de hecho el desayuno es en la misma zona de entrada del hotel. También por decir algo, el recepcionista era extremadamente callado y diría que le faltaba proactividad, aunque en las interacciones que tuvimos fue del todo amable y correcto.

- salle de bain vieillissante :
baignoire abimée et trop petite, fuite pommeau douche, wc non séparé
- salle du petit déjeuner trop petite (on se marche dessus et de l'attente)
- bruit à 8h du personnel de nettoyage
- tv (très peu de chaines, aucune FR, et pas de possibilité de se connecter)

Very good breakfast. The best Spanish tortilla ever. The staff is professional and very polite. Quiet, spacious rooms.

Great hotel, situated in a fantastic location, very close to Plaza de España and Gran Via. The staff are all very kind and attentive to the smallest details. It was an excellent experience in Madrid. We will return!

Pros:

Расположение апартаментов очень удобное, просторый номер, из окон не было вида, но было очень тихо, нет запаха от сигарет и канализации, ежедневная уборка, наличие завтраков в отеле, приветливый персонал, кухня небольшая, но минимум необходимой посуды есть.

Cons:

Про слышимость из коридора были отзывы, это так) видимо не очень изолированы входные двери. На завтрак хотелось бы добавить еще овощей, а не только одни помидоры черри, но без сладких булочек не останетесь)))

Recomendable sin duda
Pros:
