Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y acceso a transporte bastante cerca.
Habitación grande y cómoda, con cocinilla, microondas y hervidor.
Sistema de lavandería incluido y muy eficiente.

Cons:

Podría tener al menos dos ascensores. Sólo tiene uno y es bastante lento. Lo demás, todo muy bien

Pros:

ミニキッチン付でレンジもあります。チェックイン時に混み合うと、「騷しいかな？」って思いましたが、夜は静かでした。

Cons:

近くに消防署があるので、救急車が響いてました。
折りたたみでもいいので、小さなテーブルがあると便利かな？と思いました。

Well locatec hotel, good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is well located, we could easily reach any location, and our apartment was pretty big and comfortable (it was good idea to choose the bigger room). The bed is comfortable. The staff was helpful. Recommended.

Cons:

The hotel and the furniture, carpits are a little bit oldish.

7 nights, 4 adults (2 single beds, 1 double bed, with sofa and kitchen)
Pros:

The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Location is close to the stations with 6 to 20 mins walking depends which station you'll be taking. Convenience stores are walking distances with FamilyMart the closest. There's Kohyo supermarket as well if you'd like to buy and cook for yourself like we did, you'll save more and it's healthier this way. There's Sugi Pharmacy in the area too in case you get sick. We had our luggaes sent via kuroneko from another hotel in Narita and they received them for us. I did let them know ahead though. When we arrived, they're already in our room. Room is spacious for 4 adults which is rare for Japanese rooms.

Cons:

It's an old apartment building turned into hotel so facilities are outdated. Wifi connection is very slow, I advise to connect to the router instead. Do not use the dryer as they do not clean them. My whites turned yellow when I used it. There's no clothesline so we were not able to sundry our clothes. They do NOT forward luggages via kuroneko to Narita Airport but there's Yamato shop about 6 mins from the hotel. They speak English and will help you fill out the form. FamilyMart or other convenience stores does it too but take note if your luggages are over 160cm, you have to go to the shop. Convenience stores can only forward up to 160cm. You have to send it 2 days from your departure date. We booked our room late, just a month prior to arrival in Japan, so this is our best option at that time but pretty sure there are better hotel rooms options if you book early to get the value of your money and with better/modern facilities. Overall it's not a bad stay.

- The apartment option is spacious but outdated. The photos looked better. Not the right option for someone who wants a modern hotel room.
- There were parts of the apartment that weren't clean, such as mould above the mirror. It's understandable given the large size of the room
