Excelente!!! Espaçoso, confortável e ótimo atendimento. O apartamento é em formato de flat: possui um espaço para deixar sapatos e pertences, depois tem o banheiro, que tbm é dividido entre banho e sanitário e ainda tem uma lavadora de roupas(apesar de ter lavanderia no hotel). Depois tem uma mini copa/cozinha, quarto e sacada. Muitos armários, bastante espaço e confortável. Este foi o melhor hotel que fiquei na minha viagem para o Japão.

Cons:

Não tenho nada para reclamar, me senti quase em casa!

A great location, but the poor cleanliness and very unhelpful staff made it a disappointing stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It's close to everything, with a metro station just nearby.

Cons:

The walls were shockingly dirty. We also needed to call the police about a lost item, a simple call, but the female staff member at the front desk refused to help even after we explained we had a language barrier. In the end a stranger on the street was kinder and helped us instead.

Stanza più grande del solito standard giapponese.

Las sirenas de los bonberos te van a despertar en mitad de la noche
Cons:

Está ubicado justo a la vuelta de la esquina de un parque de bomberos los cuales encienden las sirenas cuando tienen que atender algún servicio aunque sean las 3am, con lo que cada día nos han despertado dos o tres veces de madrugada porque las ventanas aíslan bastante mal el ruido.

如果是家庭來大阪玩也很適合住，去天王寺跟天滿橋都算近，而且地鐵不用轉乘。
Pros:

有餐桌跟廚房，房間內有洗衣機超讚👍
有三間房間，如果是小家庭入住真的很適合，距離車站也沒有很遠，整體性價比很讚
去天滿橋也不會太遠，天滿橋車站就有巴士去機場，行李多的人可以參考一下。

Cons:

缺點是只有一隻電梯，要等比較久
