Pros:

駅近だったのと
スタッフがよかった！

Cons:

建物が古くて、バスタブにお湯ためて排水したら、体洗う部分が水浸しになった。

排水がつまってるのですかね？

we had a great stay
Pros:

great rooms, space was very good for 4 people - specially since we were among friends and not family, having separate rooms helped a lot!

Cons:

there being only one elevator was a bit limiting, we were on the last floor so there was always a bit of a wait to leave / get to the room

also, location was okay - there are more interesting locations in Osaka, but it was easy to go around by public transportation and get wherever we wanted to go - for the price we payed, we felt it was a good deal

I love my time here. We will be back even with the extra tax.
Pros:

I love staying at this motel. The staff are super friendly and the location is perfect for me.

Cons:

The mattress was a little firm for my liking. If you stay in one of the apartments for an extended stay, you will have to pay extra tax for being over a certain amount per person per night. Our extra tax was ¥200 per person x 3 per night x 20. It adds a bit extra to your bill if you are not expecting it.

Amazing location people and room 10/10
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very very friendly the room was huge for Japan standards way bigger that we expected
The location was 10/10 we get everything we need
Even there were laundry and drier machines next to the receptions I would recommend this hotel without a second thought

The location and facilities were good. The room is big enough for a couple to stay comfortably

Cons:

Though I asked for a non-smoking room, I saw a cigarette bud on the balcony. And we could hear from next door neighbors at late night.

値段相応でした。
Pros:

電子レンジがあったので助かりました。駅からも近いし値段もお手頃で良かったです。

Cons:

良くも悪くも普通のマンションをそのままホテルにしているので、ホテル感は無いです。テーブルやレンジがあるのは便利だけど給湯器やコンロが「ある」けど使わない（使えない）からてっきはしてほしい。お湯の調節もわからなかった。冷蔵庫の奥に前の人のレシートが残ってたので清掃をもう少し丁寧にしてもらえたら嬉しいです。
今はホテルが高いので、3人でリーズナブルに泊まれたので細かい所を除けば便利で良かったです。
