Our stay we great.
Pros:

The first day the breakfast was great. The second day the breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was perfect it was right in the center of everything we came to do. The staff we friendly.

Cons:

We traveled with one child and the room only had 2 towels, the first night we called the front desk and one of the staff members said they would send maintenance up with a towel but they never showed.

Pros:

Front desk was great and room was clean and comfortable. I booked because you have an airport shuttle and this was smooth for very early flight and very helpful!

Cons:

Furniture could use an update. Pool was very large but needed some TLC.

Decent location and clean for the most part

Cons:

The tv nor WiFi work at all and staff said there would be no fix. Even one staff meme never gave us the WiFi password after asking and she laughed and said “good luck, I’ve worked here a year and it’s never worked.”

OK - one night business trip
Pros:

When I checked in I felt like I was bothering front desk person when I checked in. Staff OK when I checked out. I thought I was getting a king size bed, but seemed more like a queen size. NO big deal, but just odd to me

A very good place to stay; clean, comfortable, good amenities and friendly staff.
Pros:

A good, reliable place to stay with pool, hot tub and fitness room. Breakfast was the usual fare. Hot Chocolate was unexpectedly good!. Very comfy bed and pillows. Clean room, nice staff.
