The pool has so many chemicals it burns your nose to breathe when you walk in the door. Kiddos still insisted on swimming they smelled like chlorine for 2 days after multiple showers. Had to have our fridge changed out 2 different times and still didn't work, ended up having to throw away our food. They did give me a credit.
I have stayed at the Rogue Regency Inn several times over the years. The location is great being just off the freeway, close to services and shopping, and has an onsite restaurant. Rooms are large and have a wet bar.
The property is in need of a refresh. Soft goods such as mattress, pillows, and bedding are getting worn, and furniture is banged up, and I noticed several room doors were letting light through. I had my worst meal at Chadwick’s and it fit a trend I noticed that started a couple years ago. While staff is friendly and attentive it doesn’t make up for overcooked fish or chicken, low grade vegetables, or wilted lettuce.
Good location, large room.
Noisy neighbors, would have been nice to have an armchair.
Indoor pool
On site restaurant
Large rooms
Friendly clerks
In room amenities were load & needed repair , phone didn't work well , TV had issues & eventually died completely
3 minutes from the airport
It is a bit outdated..
Food is still super good. Bar is fun of course only because the lady bartender is so awesome.
Room 118. I should have asked for a different one immediately. It’s one of those rent by the hour rooms. Very ghetto.
LOCATION AND AIRPORT SHUTTLE ARE THE BEST.
STARTING TO LOOK A BIT WORN.
Shuttle was perfect
Gentlemen at the front desk sent us to the wrong room twice. Once to the 4 floor then to the 3 then we ended up on the first floor. Floors are so thin you can hear every step above you and there was mold in the fridge. Don’t stay here not worth the money or your time.
Hotels location is excellent. Has a great pub and grill on site, and a very helpful staff.
The rooms need updated.
Nice room, friendly staff, great airport shuttle service, nice restaurant
