Pros:

Staff was great. Rooms were clean and roomy. Management went above and beyond for helping with our stay. Breakfast was great. Very filling. Our stay was very comfortable.

We stay at this location once a year and we have always enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly
Pros:

Comfortable beds and good breakfast

Cons:

Towels and loose tile in the bathroom floor. Tub needs resurfaced looked a lil yellow.

We would stay at this Location again-it is a good value.
Pros:

This location was easy to get to Texas Tech and family who live west of Lubbock. The staff and fellow guests were congenial; parking was good; we opted to eat breakfast at the Cracker Barrel but we did stop in the breakfast area and it was standard fare in a very clean environment. The rooms were nice; the bed was great; lots of channels on the TV.

Cons:

Freeway noise was constant (though rooms do not face the highway). The highway system in, through and around Lubbock makes this common to most travel stays in the area. The sounds become “white noise” and did not prevent sleep.
