Nil Hotel

Yukarıda gözüksün diye 5 yıldız verdim, rezil bir tutumla karşılaştık. Soğuk lobide 45 dakika bekletildik üzerine rezervasyon yaptığımız oda yerine camsız havasız rutubetli bir odaya yerleştirildik, kendilerinden kaynaklı problem olmasına rağmen bizi bir üst segmentteki odaya yerleştirmek yerine HİÇ BOŞ ODAMIZ YOK diyip kestirip atmaya çalıştılar. Zor bela yan oteldeki standart odaya yerleştirdiler bizi. Berbat bir deneyimdi, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Everything was just perfect. As expected

İş için 4 gece konaklamak durumunda kaldığım Nil Otel’den çok memnun kaldım. Çalışanlar gerçekten çok kibardı. Tek başınıza korkmadan kalacağınız bir otel. Tek problem klimanın kafasına göre ısıtmasıydı. Üşümediğim için o da çok sorun olmadı. Ulaşım olarak gerçekten çok iyi konumda ve otel ana caddenin bir arka sokağında kaldığı için müthiş sessiz. Kesintisiz uyku ♥️ Yine olsa yine gelirim. Herkese tekrardan çok çok teşekkür ediyorum

Excellent location helpful personel

Quiet and simple, good breakfast, good place to learn Turkish.
Only English TV was NHK, but that's quiet good anyway.

عند الوصول لم تكن الغرفة جاهزة وانتظرنا حوالي الساعة لاستلام الغرفة وتم منحنا اسوء غرفة بدون نوافد وبعد نقاش مع المشرفين في الفندق تم التعهد بتغير الغرفة في اليوم التاني وللاسف لم يقومو بتغير الغرفة الي انقضاء المدة

Not as i aspects no clean rooms like they look in pictures definitely not the same .limited morning breakfast and there Was shampoo from the prayer guest Shower full of black mold in the corners .

Otelin yeri cok merkez biyerde. Nişantaşı 2 dakika, Taksim 10 dakika. Personeller çok ilgili yardımsever. Sorun çıktıgında hemen yardımcı oldular. Sadece malesef gece uyurken çok gürültü geliyor yan odalardan her ses duyuluyordu (Telefon alarmı vb…). Kısa bir süre için yeterli ve tavsiye edilir bir otel.

I booked a Twin Room but it was a small and dirty room. no tea, no coffee, no slippers,
it was awful

In terms of the family room it was disappointing as the photos looked much newer and better. And there was a tiny room in the corner with a bunk bed.

However, the location was perfect as it was close to Taksim and Şişli with lots of shops around the hotel. The staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily.

Breakfast wasn’t good as there was very little options.

Rooms it's very good N clean with enough area,
but the big issue with staff they don't know how deal with online booking costumers that's make them try to do any thing to charge you extra money over booking fee.

The location is preatty central but the room was not really clean

The service was AMAZING. the breakfast was awesome. WiFi, fast for Netflix. beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was wonderful.
However, the corners of the rooms should be cleaned as they have build up of gunk. the shower is small with the corner body spray unit, which makes it tight for the bigger fella.
the only reason i extended the stay was because of the great service i received and i felt safe with my 11 year old son.
we had to park 2 blocks away, 4 minute walk, at the Ramada Inn.
There is a place for Kofte, Kara Hizar Bufe. 30 second walk. great food and service. recommended by the staff at Nil.
Bambi, around the corner was exceptional.

Staying in this hotel it was my worse experience. I made online reservation for 4 people. They didn't have any four beds room available and gave us three beds and charging us for extra bed. Breakfast was included in our reservation but they charged us for it too. The manager was so rude and gave us all attitude that he can gave. The room bathroom was really dirty and old the door was broke and we couldn't locked it.
Just the location of the hotel is good but there are so many others hotel around. I'm not recommend this hotel to anybody.

quality of the room is bad but it is quiet to sleep and good location

We stayed for 3 nights with a young child in our room.
We have no real complaint but there was also nothing to be wow's by.

Room size is ok
Hotel is a little run down requiring modernisation but ok
Service is ok and staff is helpful
Surrounding area isn't great but not dangerous at all
Breakfast is ok although a little limited in choice.

We were satisfied with the stay but would we go back? We may do but we are more likely to try a different hotel in more central district to see if we can do better.

I had to be in that part of town and wanted a small hotel that will accomodate my location. It was a good choice. Nil Hotel is cosy, efficient and great for the price. Internet coonetion is working well and gotel staff were great.

It was good, not so special but excepted. they need to work on maintenance issue and cleanness of entries.
