Pros:

Overall, the holiday was good. Things to improve - room service is very slow, maids do not speak Hebrew and English. The dining room is very busy and the serving positions require improvement.

מלון מאוד ישן. צוות המלון היה ממש לא עדיב, ביקשנו להחליף את החדר מכיוון שהיה רעש לא סביר מהבריכה והלחונות שלנו היו ממש על הבריכה, ונתקלנו בסירוב גורף.... הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב במלון הזה, זה גודל החדר שהיה באמת ענק והנקיון בחדרים שהיה טוב. חוץ מזה ממש רכבה.... פעם אחרונה שלנו במלון הזה

No place to be in the swiming pool.
To many people's and not enough chairs.
Big problem with towels, you have to wait at list half-hour.
I paid for a five star hotel and got instad three star hostel.

Watch out at night hours..
Pros:

All in all ok. But two incidents in two nights..
First night hi volume music until 1:00. No service on phone so had to go down to look for security guy to handle situation.
Second night was unbelievable. around 2:00 the door opens and the light turned on. Jumping out of the bad a found security guy in the hall with another visitor entering next room.. “he just made a mistake in room number”...
Needless to say how scary and frustrating it was for me and my wife..

Very nice hotel to stay with kids.My son really enjoyed the hotel. The room was good, breakfast was good and all the employees were very helpful!! We had parking free that is very important for guests.We will come back if God permits us to come again to Eilat.

It was a nice and modern hotel 30 years ago, but now it is worn out and outdated. Rooms are not clean, toulet smells badly. Despite all that food quality is excellent.

עדיף בחנוכה למצוא מלון אחר
Pros:

מדובר במלון סוויטות למשפחות. מסתבר שבחנוכה המלון מארח כמות עצומה של ילדות שעוסקות בריקוד ומבצעות חזרות בסאונד גבוה מאוד לאורך כל היום באופן שמאוד מפריע להינות מהנופש המיועד.

I've seen better hotels
Pros:

The hotel is old and the facilities are not always working. although the design is cute, it is still not maintained properly. the pool facilities were out of order and the pool was the main reason I have chosen this hotel, so it was very poor for the kids. the food and service were excellent!! although the reception went very slow and we had the kids beds not set and not enough towels, one phone call solved all issues in 5 minutes. WIFI was bad!! overall, the hotel is nice, but doesn't worth the money.
