נחמד לא בטוחים שנחזור שוב.

החדר היה קטן, האמבטיה קטנה מאוד . המיטה הייתה מחולקת ל 2 זא מיטות יליד. למרות שהזמנו חדר סופריור והיה כתוב מיטה זוגית ולא הייתה מיטה זוגית. ביקשתי מהקבלה מהאישה אתמול בצק אין שהייתה לקבל יין לחגוג יומולדת ובסוף שלחה רק כמה שוקולדים בודדים. היינו בהלם! ומאוכזבים ויצאנו לחגוג במסעדה בסוף. לא היה גקוזי במלון ובריכה רצינו להתפנק. לעומת מלונות אחרים שהיינו ופרגנו בכל.

Вкусные завтраки, вот, прям, качественные и вкусные. Кофе хороший.
Превосходный персонал. Любая помощь. Многие говорят на русском. Особо отмечу Александру-неравнодушна и любит людей-ценное качество.
Просторные номера-это было важным при выборе отеля
Хорошее бомбоубежище-подземная парковка, со стульями, отель организовал чай-кофе-воду-фрукты-десерты(на этом этапе 28.02-оказалось важным)
Приветственная открытка-это было мило.
Из окон видно море. Расположение супер.

Pros:

Hotel staff is amazing. They are incredibly helpful and accomodating making me feel safe and welcomed even in extreme times, and I am thankful for their help.

Breakfast is delicious, rooms are always cleaned spotless. The area is perfect, right at the beach. But most importantly they really look after their guests. If I have the chance to visit Tel Aviv again, I will definitely stay here again in the future.
