Comodo per l ospedale. Silenzioso e pulito. Staff ottimo. Colazione a pagamento 5 euro ma.con tutto quello che serve. Per cenare o pranzare ottimo e vicino il ristorante pony express

Pros:

Carina. Stanza non troppo grande per tre posti ma pulita (solo la doccia aveva forse lo scarico un po' lento). C'è molto parcheggio, la metro è a 10 minuti. Vicina all'università di biotecnologie.

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale

Cons:

Avrei preferito una colazione "fatta in casa" e più varia. I balconi erano collegati/ accessibili facilmente, il che non mi faceva sentire del tutto sicura.

Vi avrei scritto un mail domani, non mi è piaciuto perche’ avete fatto pagare il mio aiutista, in quanto vi ho scritto tre volte per comunicarvi che saremmo arrivate la mattina non prima delle 8 sperando di non trovare traffico, perche’ abbiamo viaggiato di notte!vi ha contattato sia mia mamma sia mio padre per spiegarvi la situazione ovvero l’autista sarebbe arrivato la mattina , dato che la camera era già pagata e non mi è sembrato giusto aver pagato di nuovo!!!! Mi auguro che ci diate un rimborso dietro!!!! Rimango in attesa di un vostro gentile riscontro, cordiali saluti

Terrible experience, don’t stay here unless u really need to
Pros:

they were able to hold my luggage for the day before my flight and the girl receptionist was lovely is made me feel welcome when i checked in

Cons:

Bathroom: Both shower heads were mouldy so was the seals on the bottom of the shower, toilet hardly flushed and would make a terrible sound when it would and would smell.
Bedroom: Very thin blanket/doona (didn’t use it had stains on it and smelt), bed was very hard, air con was in a terrible spot behind the massive cupboard and wasn’t able to feel the air con, windows no blinds, door lock wasn’t very secure i felt unsafe and locked my belongings when i would leave the room.
Location: looks dodgy area but is near a train station, not many places for food or drinks
Staff: only spoke little english but the girl was extremely lovely and helpful
