Pros:

We stayed in Eilat for 1 night and even if we stayed in many places, this was the first time we stayed at EVE. We received and exclusive room with surprise, the hotel was much better than expected and also the staff was great.

The hotel’s pool was not very clean. The water was murky and had too many guests and not enough chair lounges and umbrellas to accommodate everybody. The front desk staff was not very well informed about amenities around the hotel or optional tours in the area. They need training to deal better with non-Israeli citizens.

We booked this property last minute, when our tour changed and we had to get to Eilat to be able to go on our tour. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location was great-within walking distance of the bus station and the location for our tour pickup. Eilat is much smaller and not as nice as I expected, but we were just there for the one night, so it was fine. I wish the pool was open later-we arrived after 6pm and it had already closed. Really could have used a swim and wished they closed at 8pm or something.

Pros:

Everything was excellent, from the helpful and friendly staff to the breakfast buffet in the morning. Even when dealing with special requests, the staff were pleasant to deal with.
Very highly recommended.
