We loved the feel of the hotel, its convenient location and the friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was beside the Arno river next to the Ponte Vecchio, so very conveniently situated to reach many museums, galleries, churches, restaurants etc on foot. The room was very comfortable and clean and the decor throughout the hotel was fun and with a period charm. The roof terrace restaurant was a lovely touch with a plentiful choice of food, which was delicious. Being a family run hotel, all the staff were very friendly and so helpful.

Cons:

Being central, it could occasionally get a little noisy in the street outside towards late evening but this always calmed down after a while.

Weekend a Firenze
Pros:

Hotel piccolo ma molto bello e curato. La pulizia al top. Colazione abbondante e curata con prodotti freschi. Alcune pietanze particolari ed internazionali sono a parte ed a pagamento. La stanza molto curata, il lavandino è piccolino e non molto comodo. La posizione è fantastica. A pochi passi da Ponte Vecchio e 200mt da piazza Signoria. Molto cordiale ed attenta l'accoglienza sia al check in che al check out. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione delle stanze non è all'altezza del resto. Si sentono molto i rumori della strada con i locali affollati di gente ed i rumori delle sedie al ristorante posizionato all'ultimo piano.

Pros:

Camera curatissima e molto ben accessoriata in una posizione favolosa con vista incantevole sull'Arno e Ponte Vecchio.
Lo staff alla reception super disponibile e competente. Il salottino meraviglioso dove riposare sfogliando libri di arte e moda e godendo della vista sull'Arno

Cons:

L'ingresso dell'hotel è un po' caotico. Consiglierei ai gestori di cercare di evitare, per quanto possibile, interferenze tra i flussi di clienti di hotel/ristorante e forniture/sporco del locale al pian terreno. E' davvero uno scivolone che penalizza la struttura altrimenti eccellente

Recepção do hotel é muito acessível e prestativa, fornecendo dicas sobre a cidade e seu funcionamento.
Foi possível fazer check-in precoce, pois quarto estava limpo, assim como deixar as malas após o check-out pra seguir passeando na cidades até a hora do trem.

Elegante e raffinato piccolo hotel, curato nei particolari di arredo che ti fa dimenticare la folla di turisti che c'è fuori. Ottima posizione, personale cordiale e disponibile. Zone di soggiorno con vetrate e vista sulla città di Firenze. C'è anche la comodità di un Ristorante e di un Bistrot nello stesso stabile. Tutto molto godibile

Excellent stay, totally recommended.
Pros:

Location was great and soundproofing was good. The room was extremely clean and even better than it looked in the photos. View was also great. Breakfast with a view was also a nice add on.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could perhaps be a little more varied, but overall we were very satisfied and had nothing to complain about.

Charming hotel located in the heart of Florence with amazing staff and great breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Florence, and it’s very charming. We loved the breakfast, served in a beautiful room, with nice music and very kind staff. The staff at the reception was also very helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy because of the restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel.

Cons:

We paid a superior room to get city view as described but the two bedrooms didn’t had any views.
My room was on the first floor, with no view. ( photo)
No amenities ( just soap)
If you want a hot meal at breakfast ( eggs and so on ) you have to pay separately.
For me it was ok , but if you have motility issues the lift is a challenge.
