Don't stay here if you want to sleep!!!!
Pros:

The decoration, free WiFi, slippers, service staff (breakfast and bedroom cleaners)

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the noise levels day and night from the restaurant/bar on 5th floor as well as the street noise until 1am. We were in a room on 1st floor and could still hear from noises 4 floors up! I am a heavy sleeper and could still hear the kitchen noises. The bedrooms could so with soundproofing.

Příjemný, útulný hotel s milým personálem ve skvělé lokalitě.
Pros:

Naprosto úžasná lokalita v centru. Všude bylo blízko. Ochotný personál, dobré snídaně. Krásné vybavení, které se hodilo do středověké Florencie.

Cons:

Nevyhovovaly nám polštáře.

I loved the property and wonderful staff. I would stay again next time!!

Great location, clean rooms with stylish attention to details.

Cons:

One of the rooms was a bit noisy but they managed to allow me to pay more for an upgraded room and move from the nosier one - staff were helpful, very kind and professional.
