staying experince is too bad,they shifted me other buidling. i not stayed in hotel

They have taken 4518/- however as per their site charges are only 3000/- one more thing i have to tell you. they have shifted me another building , not allowed to stay me on hotel by telling that this is full occupied. I really frustrated even room was stinking like some water leakage on walls.. no staff was there in other building.. its like the ghost house at the night. i was unable to take proper sleep as seem like stynig in ghost house.

I totally disappointed. I would not recommend this to anyone

When we arrived, they told me all the rooms were full, but when I checked online at booking.com or makemytrip, I found that the rooms were vacant, and there were still rooms available. The receptionist told me he could show me the room next to mine. They didn't show me the room I had booked at the hotel, but instead took me to another location where the car garage was underground, making it unsafe to stay there. If anyone is concerned about their safety, please stay away from these scammers.
