From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Enjoyed my stay even though it was an overnighter.
Pros:

Staff were helpful. Did not like the room they provided as it was an adjoining room so requested for a change, and very appreciative that they accommodated it. I was able to check-in early in the morning too without waiting so that was a big bonus. Very clean, safe, close to local eateries.

Pros:

Very clean room, modern facility. I had a good wonton mee at nearby hawker stall.

Cons:

It's not the hotel's fault, but it was a bit hard to reach the SPICE center on foot due to the condition of the pavement on the road. You better use taxi/uber.

The locations are very good, got a lot restaurant especially for breakfast, dinner & supper. And the hotel had free parking on their own building if you stay here. Room are clean with nice view of a hill. Service are good.

Only decent for those who may want a short drive from the airport and want a big room and bed. Otherwise, it’s just very

Spacious room, comfy and big bed. The TV have got other channels that is not local channels as well.

Cons:

The step to the bathroom is very dangerous; it’s not flat. The shower place is also very tight. There are no lifts up from the basement to the car park. And the venue is very far from Georgetown and any very nice eateries.
