The worst stay ever

Cons:

The room wasn’t like photos and it wasn’t clean my family saw ants inside the room. Also the fridge was empty I never saw a 4 stars hotel with an empty fridge and the staff knew that we are going to check in why they didn’t put anything inside the fridge or soap inside bathroom the room wasn’t ready for us. The room was very hot there was some problem with the ac and the room was damp and uncomfortable and my mom has asthma she didn’t sleep well at night. We tried to make check out and refund our money at the same night but we couldn’t because the manager wasn’t there and after that we waited till the next morning we talked with the manager and he was uncooperative and did not have good communication skills with the hotel guests he kept saying to us that he can’t refund the money for us because of the hotel policy and we explained for him that we didn’t receive an email of the hotel policy but he kept repeating the same sentence for us. I would like to express my concern regarding the behavior of the manager. He repeatedly communicated in a cold manner, giving the impression that our concerns were of no importance, until he personally verified that the email had not reached us. In my experience, I have never encountered a manager who acted so unprofessionally. In addition, During our check-in, a song with sexual innuendos was playing, which is inappropriate for families. At the end the place was clearly a motel; there is no way it could be considered a hotel.

Too expensive

Great location for those looking for a place to walk and party.

Cons:

I got stuck in Ibiza for the night due to flight cancellations so I had little choice left on hotels as it was evening. This hotel is so expensive for how old and unmaintained the rooms are. There was a party until 01:00 in the rooms so loudly above and next to me it was insane.

Amazing hotel but shower was cold.
Pros:

I loved the room, the space and how functional it all was.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the shower was always ice cold water when I tried to use it. Only a couple times during the stay was the water medium temperature.
