Very comfortable hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Staff and facilities were great. Very confort suite with lots of space. Breakfast was good with a great coffee machine with take away cups optional.

Cons:

Cost of room seemed high despite hotel being very quiet during the evening and for breakfast.

Mixed experience for lunch
Pros:

I met a friend for lunch in the hotel today. The staff were lovely. Very helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Coffee very nice, the food not so good.

My friend had the lentil and something curry with rice and said it was beautiful and asked for a box to take some of it home because she couldn’t finish it. I ordered the house burger which had all the usual bits and pieces. Most of it was nice but the chips were over salted and the burger itself almost inedible. It was under seasoned and tasteless and so dry it was hard to swallow. Much over cooked with some of the outside burnt.

We both ordered cheesecake for dessert. It purported to be Bailey’s and Malteser flavoured but it had had barely a passing acquaintance with the latter and the texture was extraordinary. Quite fascinating. I’m quite an experienced home cook and I have no idea how one would go about creating such a thing from real food ingredients. The texture was very light (suspicious in a cheesecake) , smooth ( fine for a cheesecake) , and slightly slimey ( not good in any dessert).

I don’t think I’ll go back!

Great hotel for University of Limerick Visit
Pros:

A Quaint hotel with modernized rooms and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff with easy access to food and pub options, live entertainment and a great patio. Easy travel into city center and day trips to Galway, Ring of Kerry and Cork.

Pros:

Etablissement tres confortable oû il est réconfortant de loger apres une journée de balade à l’exterieur. Les nombreux salons et les fontaines à eau sont agreables. Le petsonnel est charmant. .

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

Every asepct of our stay was fantastic. Lovely rooms, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Some of the best food I have had anywhwere in a long time, it was amazing!
Every single member of staf was so warm and friendly, it would be hard to single out just one!
Lovely atmosphere in the Bar, lively and fun.
I highly reccomend.

Hotel cannot be faulted better than 3 stars. However eat somewhere else for evening meal.
Pros:

The hotel facilities are excellent and breakfast offered a wide choice.

Cons:

The meals in the restaurant in the evening were poor. They were also affected by a very noisy party in the same area as it is very open plan.
