I thought this place was great. No complaints

Rooms were not cleaned daily, had to get new towels twice. Wasn’t worth what we paid

Worst room we have ever stayed in in all the years we have traveled. No cold water, fifty carpet, no towels or toilet paper, no coffee could not take a bath or shower only hot water even the stool had hot water. Dust all over everything, food left in refrigerator was told to contact hotels.com for a rebate.

Rooms are in need of repair. Had one towel in our room. Not absolutely terrible, but much better options in the area. If I had to find a positive, the bathroom was clean.

Not enough towels in room, shower was dirty on the floor

The room was impeccably clean, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. The cool temperature in the room added to our comfort. Although the housekeeping staff diligently cleaned during our two-day visit, they overlooked making the bed, which could enhance the overall experience. While the TV was on the smaller side for enjoying sports or movies, it didn’t detract from our stay. However, finding the driveway was a bit challenging due to a large dumpster placed near the road, next to the construction site of the restaurant in front of the hotel, which could be easily addressed for better accessibility.

Room was great. Took a little time to get the a/c to get below a stagnant 72 degrees but I slept great. Breakfast was outstanding.

First room a/c didn't work properly, then she moved us to another room that was good. Only problem with that room was there was 2 of us, and bathroom was definitely not set up for 2 people, it had 1 towel, 2 hand towels l, 1 stained up Bath cloth, so I had to use hand towels to dry off after shower...

The stay was good. I was dissapointed pool was closed ,furniture was outdated,television was old and remote did not work .I was given a discount for my troubles.

Good beds, ok breakfast, no streaming services or soap or shampoo in room. Good coffee! Good restaurant Casa Blanca in walking distance.

Not worth the price. Needs upgrading in the rooms

This property has so much potential but needs a proper maintenance plan. The pool was out for my entire stay. Breakfast was very basic. The room was really spacious and nice but needed some attention. Check in was wonderful and most of the staff except one male were very friendly. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay

Check in was great! The guy who checked us in was nice and the process was quick and easy. When we got into the room it smelled like smoke, mildew, and BO. We were in a hurry to get to where we needed to go so we couldn’t take the time to address it then. When we got back, we noticed that we didn’t have any towels to shower and the hand towels and wash cloth that were in there were dirty. We went down to get new ones which they gave us. But even those had stains all over them. Terribly kept place (I’m not even sure they cleaned our room, probably just made the bed).

1 of the rooms both shampoo and conditioner were rippedo the wall. There are usb plugs on the room. Breakfast buffet was not attended to for restocking items. Very disappointing for a Radisson property.

The room smelled like smoke. It was pretty beat down. It seemed clean ish. The room key didn’t work and no one was at the desk. Plus they price gouged during the football weekend.

The bathroom sink stoppers broken. Other than that everything was great. Maybe better breakfast.
