Очень примитивный завтрак . Самый скромный из всех , что видели . После уборки пропали тапочки , за новыми пришлось идти на ресепшен . Мыло и гель для душа не пополнялся .
Lokalita je skvelá. Čistota, personál. Každý deň dopĺňali vody do izby.
Raňajky boli hrozné..minimum vecí na výber, často sme jedli len chlieb s maslom a plátkom syra , ovocie. Nedalo sa veľmi z čoho vybrať.

I am staying there for the 8th time in last 4 years, so I like the hotel very much! It's ideal!
Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, rooms are excellent & it’s in a great location
The staff were extremely rude, no manners & a complete lack of honesty & respect. I paid for the hotel before I arrived. On arrival I was told I had not paid for the hotel, after a 10 minute conversation the payment I had made had gone onto another system when they checked & they confirmed they had received payment from me.
On checking out the lady at reception advised me I had not paid for the hotel again, I said I had & id had the same conversation with her colleague when I arrived & they could see I had paid. I had the proofs of payment, showed them receipts & my bank account showing them this but still they would not accept I had paid for the room.
I was treated with complete lack of respect & was absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received as a paying guest. I was basically told I could not leave the hotel until I paid again. As I had an uber booked & a flight to catch I could not waste any more time so ended up having to pay again.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, would definitely not stay here again
