Отличный в старом городе
Pros:

Размещение во время , вежливый и ненавязчивый персонал. Это старый город поэтому спа в самом отеле нет ( есть сервис багги до хамама но сам хамам за плату 75 евро ). Номера тоже маленькие , при этом хорошо оборудованы ( кондиционер хорошо регулируется , су удобный, окно прекрасно открывается , не шумно ночью ) Места для вещей мало ( нам на 3 ночи хватило но дальше уже надо уезжать ) В лобби строит чай и дневной десерт. Место для завтрака на 6 этаже с прекрасным видом на золотой рог и голубую мечеть. Завтрак из качественных продуктов. Но мне не хватило сервиса жареных яиц или омлета. Рядом 100 м есть цистерна , до трамвайчика т1 пешком 6 минут. Обе мечети тоже прямо здесь. Ресторанчик dubb понравился

Pros:

Mi-a plăcut amplasarea hotelului,privelistea din camera si de pe terasa restaurantului, curățenia, cum arată hotelul, camera modernă, dar un pic cam mica.

Cons:

Micul dejun putea fi mai calitativ si mai diversificat.

Ist Ok aber für dieses Geld würde ich nicht noch einmal gehen!

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral

Cons:

Das Fenster hing nicht auf.
Wc hat sehr gestunken.
Ich finde das Hotel hat die Sterne die es hat nicht verdient.
Mitarbeiter sind nett jedoch glaube ich das sie immer genervt waren.
Cafe in der Lobby waren die Frauen immer in der Küche am reden haben Gäste gar nicht beachtet.
Sehr laut mann hört alles und jeden im Flur sogar die Putzfrauen am Morgen, von draussen hört man jedes Auto vorbeifahren und Menschen reden.

Location good. Hotel is beautiful.

Cons:

Staff is not very helpful. They lack customer service. You are on your own to plan/navigate yourself around. Can be a bit rude.
Not really good in terms of using a wheelchair in and out. The ramp is small and has a ditch after it?

First time trip to Istanbul.
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful reception staff. Breath taking view of the mosque lit up at night from the 6th floor restaurant. Overall an enjoyable stay. Enjoyed taking photos on the rooftop terrace wearing the hotel provided costumes.I would have liked more time to explore but time was limited. I am hoping to return with my wife for a longer stay.

Cons:

No shower gel only body lotion and there was an unpleasant smell of stagnant water in the bathroom.

Terrible bed, did not sleep.
Pros:

The restaurant was very god.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable,
When I book a double room I expect a double bed not 2 single mattresses pushed together.
There is a hard ridge down the centre of the bed and the matresses move apart. So I did not sleep well which is the main function of a hotel. So no, will never visit or recommend this hotel again.
