Pros:

The friendliest staff, most wonderful hammam/spa services - the massage was one of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world! The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable, told myself I would take an hour nap and ended up sleeping 6 hours because it was so comfy!
The restaraunt here has such beautiful views of the blue mosque, really tasty food, and again incredible staff. The rooftop area is perfect to just relax and look over the city.
Everything was perfect, one of my favourite places I’ve stayed.

Cons:

Nothing at all - everything was GREAT!
If you’re hesitant don’t be, just book - you won’t regret it I promise!

Pros:

The staff are very helpful, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is excellent.

Cons:

The air conditioning system is not working properly.
It would also be appreciated if the breakfast service could be extended from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
