Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral
Das Fenster hing nicht auf.
Wc hat sehr gestunken.
Ich finde das Hotel hat die Sterne die es hat nicht verdient.
Mitarbeiter sind nett jedoch glaube ich das sie immer genervt waren.
Cafe in der Lobby waren die Frauen immer in der Küche am reden haben Gäste gar nicht beachtet.
Sehr laut mann hört alles und jeden im Flur sogar die Putzfrauen am Morgen, von draussen hört man jedes Auto vorbeifahren und Menschen reden.

Staff is not very helpful. They lack customer service. You are on your own to plan/navigate yourself around. Can be a bit rude.
Not really good in terms of using a wheelchair in and out. The ramp is small and has a ditch after it?
Great location, friendly helpful reception staff. Breath taking view of the mosque lit up at night from the 6th floor restaurant. Overall an enjoyable stay. Enjoyed taking photos on the rooftop terrace wearing the hotel provided costumes.I would have liked more time to explore but time was limited. I am hoping to return with my wife for a longer stay.
No shower gel only body lotion and there was an unpleasant smell of stagnant water in the bathroom.
The restaurant was very god.
The bed was very uncomfortable,
When I book a double room I expect a double bed not 2 single mattresses pushed together.
There is a hard ridge down the centre of the bed and the matresses move apart. So I did not sleep well which is the main function of a hotel. So no, will never visit or recommend this hotel again.

Staff helpful except for one man.
One of the staff came into the dining room and yelled that everyone needed to move right now to the upstairs dining room that he had another group coming in. Hurry! Hurry! I was finished anyway and tired after the walking I had done that day. I didn't want to go upstairs just to pay my bill. Walking is painful for me and stairs are difficult. He insisted that I go upstairs now and pay there. I refused and sat down until they brought my bill and I paid it; during which time only enough people for two tables came in. I didn't appreciate being yelled at!
Location, friendly staff, cleanliness of hotel was fantastic for the holiday we had to wanted.
Delicious breakfast with beautiful rooftop view. The cleaning lady was very kind. Perfect location just 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and tram station. Clean rooms. There was tea and some sweets at the reception during the day available for guests which was nice.
I stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time which was not really acknowledged or appreciated by the staff (in fact it was ignored). Also the room was very small.

Un hotel foarte bun, plasat in centrul vechi al Istanbulului. Mi s-a facut un upgrade gratuit al camerei, lucru care m-a bucurat foarte mult. Personalul este foarte amabil și gata să îți satisfacă cea mai mică dorință, ceea ce a făcut ca sejurul nostru să fie deosebit. Recomand acest hotel, în care voi reveni cu plăcere de câte ori voi avea posibilitatea!
