This is a lovely resort in a beautiful area.

The breakfast is quite amazing, with a vast range of possibilities, and all that we tried was delicious.

The room was large and very comfortable, with many nice touches like fruit and other treats in the room.

Nice facility, breakfast was amazing the first day but terrible on Saturday. Place should use a bit more maintenance and cleaning.

Outstanding service! We had such a warm welcome by hotel's manager, Tatyana. She made our stay with little kids so much more pleasurable. The hotel went through major renovations: rooms/bathrooms are nice and updated, newly built outdoor swimming pool etc. Adults can relax in Spa (18 ) with two saunas (Finnish and Steam), and their massages are so good. Kids have a dedicated playroom and many outdoor activities (chess etc). Food is also amazing. Highly recommend to everyone!

A pleasant stay in a nice location & scenery. Some parts of the hotel are outdated but the renewed buildings are great value for money. Breakfast was excellent

On the net it looks fabulous but it was not cost-effective , more like a hostel

Wonderful except everything closed for renovation the entire last day without warning. No pool or kid club. We purposefully stayed over the last night to enjoy another half day of vacation at the hotel.

Most service crew was excellent with the exception of the manager. She informed us (with attitude) when we arrived that a green passport was required even though I wasn’t asked for one before and, therefore, didn’t have it on me. Following guidelines is one thing and I have no problem with that. However, when a group of her friends arrived at the hotel, none of them was wearing masks or asked to wear masks or show a green passport, and all of a sudden, she didn’t care much about guidelines. She told us we needed to get tested in order to check in even though we already paid in full, and sent us to the wrong place to get tested. We spent almost 3 hours before we could check in. There was another incident with the manager where it was clear she has no desire to listen and zero service orientation. At that point, I asked to only be corresponding with other staff members, all of which were great. The hotel itself is nice and the food was very good. If it wasn’t for the manager, I would have ranked our experience much better and would have considered coming back.

Was not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. From our nice warm welcome at reception, the staff were really attentive throughout our stay.
Some nice touches like a log fire in the main lounge during the winter months, and a taboon oven used to make fresh flatbread at breakfast.
The hallways in the hotel are a little tired looking and dated, but this was only the only negative.
Overall for a couple of days in December, it was good value for money.

Stayed multiple times in this hotel.
Did not like that they offer no refund upon cancellation which is not reflecting the current world Covid situation where Cancellation due to last min change in regulations is the order of the day.
Rooms and bed are comfortable however they are dated. Bathroom is equally used

The hotel is old and very noisy.
We heared everything that was going on around us. Saturday morning, there were maintenance people in the next room making a lot of noise while we were trying to sleep.
There was no night curtain so the light went through early in the morning.
On the order it said the price includes taxes however when we checked in we were told we need to pay vat.
We will not return.

הבעיה היחידה היתה שהיה צריך להחליף בטריות בשלט הטלויזיה ולא היו להם הגודל הנכון.

Very good stay although some rooms need refurbishing

We had a very good time. We got amazing service from LInoy at the kabala. We had 2 sick children during our stay and she was really nice and really patient.

Food ws amzing and it is super worth it. Highly recommended for a family long stays. The location is perfect.
