Lovely hotel with friendly staff

Pros:

The hotel was nice and the golf course will be very good when it dries out.

Cons:

Lack of maintenance the hotel looks very tired. The lighting in the bedroom hallway needs improving. The bar area has damaged woodwork on the bar, holes in ceiling and a lot of damp. In the dining room there is a hole in the floor(which is dangerous) also one of the wall lights flashes intermittently.
