Visited here with our friends for their birthday lovely hotel rooms are clean & comfortable the staff are absolutely fantastic really helpful & nothing is ever to much & all have a smile 😊 on faces highly recommend & will definitely visit again
Hotel was convenient and well positioned for work travel into Coventry.
The restaurant was booked out for a private party, making the bar area incredibly busy for dinner, with no tables to sit to eat. People, including myself, were in the lobby eating.
The bathroom was a little dated and shabby around the edges.
Great room and staff and location. Golf course great too

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.
Friendly staff trying their best
Dated, yes some areas are getting a face lift, but the basics are still dated, including the spa/gym; questionable sauna with a little sign on the door not reflecting the dangerous steam system heating the granite seats so you burn your legs.
Clean and comfortable rooms

Relatively quiet and nice location - lovely view from my room. Food to my room was super handy. Bed was comfortable. Well equipped.
Room needs a bit of TLC. Carpet worn and musty. No towel rail in bathroom despite a sign about the switch for it. Heater was old and strong smell of dust when switched on. Generally felt tired. No movie channels.
We were a group of 4 friends on a one night 2 round weekend.
This was our 4th booking.
The staff are great*, the course is well maintained & great for those not wanting the most extreme challenges.
And after a round there’s the added bonus of the option of a nice dip in the pool, steam or sauna.
And it’s all great value.
*special mention for Sophie who has helped us in all our golf trips, is extremely helpful, quick to respond and nothing seems too much trouble.
A beautiful hotel with lovely views . So dog friendly too. It's exceptional
Nothing to dislike
Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had a problem with the shower. Room nice and comfortable. Food very good.
I have been going to an annual event here for years so have experienced the hotel under many owners. The hotel rooms are nice and big but the bathrooms haven't been updated so still have showers over baths rather than walk in. My bath had a few nasty marks, the sink plughole surround was broken and the basin taps were very stiff but usable The shower tap, was impossible to move and needed a spanner! Staff did manage to free it but it had been overtightened because it actually dripped once it was working.
The restaurant food was very good. As a big group of 50, we were asked to eat at 6.30pm, which was ok as we had an evening session at 8pm. However we were asked to leave our tables by 7.30pm! So not quite an hour to eat a three course meal. It was done very politely but still being moved out was not good and one lady on my table left part of her sweet. It didn't appear to me that there was any reason for that as there wasn't another big group staying. All we actually needed was another 15 minutes as we had an evening session at 8pm anyway.
