Perfect location from Silverstone. Facilities perfect food perfect.
Room need more lighting especially around the dressing mirror as there is none.
Clean / spacious and well laid out.
Evening dinner in the restaurant was disappointing. Last sitting was 8:30. We arrived at 8pm with tables available but was told we could not eat as we wouldn’t have left in time for close.
We ate in the bar and when leaving, the restaurant was still busy. Felt like the gentlemen’s on the entrance was just trying to limit numbers so that they could finish early.
Really poor customer service and experience.
What a ginormous hotel! Well managed by the most efficient staff - I requested a ground floor room, and was allocated one, so that's good.
Breakfast - doors were opened to the dining room at 7am prompt - and everything was ready to go, for the posse of golfers who were up early to get on the tee.
A very popular and busy hotel, it was tricky to get attention from the staff sometimes, but it's not really a complaint, more recognition of how difficult it can be serving so many customers.

Nice hotel, good food and facilities
I cant point to 1 thing, everything was good, We traveled with our autistic daughter and her assistance dog in training, we arrived to a little bed made up for our dog which saved us having to take hers out the car, water and food bowls were provided, this was a very sweet touch which made us feel welcome, the staff are always amazing hence us keep going back, we didn't use the pool this time but the driving range and pool is always very much enjoyed.
No pets are allowed in the dinning room, but as our dog is a working girl she was very much welcomed by everyone.
The chef even came to see how he could accommodate my daughters needs as on 1 of the days she did not want to come into breakfast, so a packed breakfast was done up for her, which she was very pleased he thought of her this made her morning a little bit easier to navigate. The Rooms are clean, the staff are amazing, there is parking on site, a pool, driving range and golf course.
Not enough gluten free options, some more gluten free options on the menu would be good. there are no gluten free options on the kids menu but they can make a gluten free pizza, I had to order a starter of mushrooms and a caprice salad with a plate of chips for my daughter, which was ok but could be tricky with ARFIDs.

It’s a very big hotel with lots of rooms. The weather was very hot and the room had no air conditioning so was very hot even though the windows were open and they had put a fan in!
Have stayed here a few times and have found it ok. That’s why I returned. Ideal location with huge parking facility. Comfy bed.
Room was nice and quite as requested. But it was not clean.
All furniture was stained and chipped.
Windows full of mould around edge, not good for anyone’s health. Carpets dirty and a bit smelly.
Bathroom is the worst. Dirty with mould. Every surface was sticky and had hair and debris we had to wash away in the sink. Bath and shower unusable. Just filthy.
No where to hang a towel, we washed in sink!
After traveling 6 hours we didn’t have the energy!
But bed was the saving grace. It was comfy
