It is in a woodland setting on the edge of Sherill Heath and is quiet with well kept gardens
Some lack of attention to detail like lack of drawer space in the room. No biscuits on the welcome tray.

Not much. The bed linen was clean and the bathroom was okay.
It was dirty and is in desperate need of some decoration.
When we arrived on the Monday, there were dirty beer glasses on the window sills at both ends of our block and an empty wine bottle with dirty glasses outside one of the rooms. They were all still there on the Wednesday when we left!
We went out for the day and when we returned, our room hadn’t been made up, the bin was still full, nobody had been in except that the tea and coffee had been replenished.
For a conference and wedding venue, this was truly awful!
