We booked an accessible room for my
Mother unfortunately they had upgraded the wrong room and my
Mother was put in a far from appropriate room! What made the situation worse was the rudeness of the receptionist! We arrived at 1730 and breakfast plates were all still outside the rooms

Lovley grounds and historical building.Rooms comfortable and pool and gym on site were good.Breakfast buffet style with plenty of choices.
