It was a perfect stay, I would definitely stay there again when I’m in town.

When I presented my confirmation number, there was not a record of the transaction. The rep said it was for the night before. 5638567965 PIN code: 4850 . I traveled 3 1/2 hours to find that I did not have a reservation. The hotel rep was able to find two rooms for my at THIER RATE. The suggestion from the rep was to contact Booking.com for any question about why the rooms were not reserved. My stay at Hampton Inns was pleasant, my experience with Booking.com is terrible. I will have to consider other options in the future for making reservations. I expect a refund from Booking.com for this reservation.

Could have been worse.
Pros:

Close to the interstate. Restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom ceiling light, in room 200, was pouring water out. We didn’t know if sewage was leaking so we packed our things and called the front desk. The attendant got us another room immediately on the same floor.

GROSS!!!! Roaches in the dirty room, no cleaning staff or other rooms available. I paid $200 for 1 night of THIS?!?!?
Pros:

We are Hilton Honors Silver members, and we usually like staying at Hilton hotels. This hotel was really terrible though. We checked in at about 5 PM. Noticed the lobby looked kinda dingy but hoped for the best (just staying one night). Went upstairs and first thing we noticed was a DEAD ROACH on the floor in our room. Also tables were sticky/dirty. Went downstairs and told the front desk they had 2 choices - get Housekeeping to give the room a deep clean or move us to another room. We were told that neither of these options were available - fully booked hotel and no cleaning staff on duty. I mentioned cancelling and moving to another hotel and the front desk lady said they had nothing available either. We had to wait for the lady at the front desk to call someone to report to work so that she could clean the room. The cleaning person swept the dead roach up and briefly wiped down one of the tables (not the other one that was dirty). I was in the room watching this. I pointed out to her what needed to be cleaned and she said she already cleaned it…well, it was still sticky!

Gross!!!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!! I will NEVER book this hotel again. I encourage you to do the same.

What we paid for this room was extremely over priced, for what we expected and for what we got.
Pros:

The location of this property was right for our needs.

Cons:

The bathroom door scrapes on the floor and makes noise while opening or closing. This is annoying when trying to be quiet, for someone trying to sleep. The beds are extremely soft, with very little support for big adults. The electric plugs in the bathroom are not in the right place to allow use, as the cabinet top is in the way. There was mold or mildew, as if there has been a water problem. The driveway entrance / exit to the property is at such an incline from the street that our car scraped bottom and might have caused damage.
