Cons:

Check in 4 pm not 2pm. Swimming pool a bit run down , with leaves in it and not clean. Gym run down .too.

Execellent return to Bandung for reunion
Pros:

Awesome location. It is central to most places around Bandung. Easy check in and check out. Very friendly and attentive staffs at lobby, front desk, room service, security and the restaurant staffs deserve a shout out for their hospitality. The room and bath is clean. Bed and pillows are sooo comfortable, one of my best sleeps in a hotel. Has all basic amenities including smart TV. Bath is big enough. Good shower with hot water.
Location is good with Circle K right opposite, lots of local food in walking distance, lots of minimalist style coffee house behind the hotel area along jl dr cipto. Ciwalk, Chihampelas is also just a walk away.

Cons:

having a regular Bidet would have been helpful for ASEAN traveler like me.
Water filled in jugs - bottled water would ve been better.
Breakfast spread is just normal, same variety daily. Local food needs to be more refined. The omelets and sausages could be regular size and more aesthetically improved.

Pros:

Big room & comfortable bed. View of mountains are nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I booked 2 double rooms but there was only 1 tooth brush, 1 bedroom slipper and no coffee in both rooms & 1 threadbare face towel.

صحيت من النوم والغرفة مليانة نمل اصفر صغير كلمت الاستقبال وكلموا مديرهم وجاء وشاف الوضع وللاسف كان رده سي جدا يقول هذا طبيعي يحصل لاسيما بان اندونسيا دولة استوائية ولم يعتذر وتم تقديم شكوى لمنصة الحجز بوكنق بهذا الخصوص
