Pros:

Big room & comfortable bed. View of mountains are nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I booked 2 double rooms but there was only 1 tooth brush, 1 bedroom slipper and no coffee in both rooms & 1 threadbare face towel.

صحيت من النوم والغرفة مليانة نمل اصفر صغير كلمت الاستقبال وكلموا مديرهم وجاء وشاف الوضع وللاسف كان رده سي جدا يقول هذا طبيعي يحصل لاسيما بان اندونسيا دولة استوائية ولم يعتذر وتم تقديم شكوى لمنصة الحجز بوكنق بهذا الخصوص

Cons:

De faciliteiten als het zwembaden het ontbijt. Het zwembad is klein en erg verouderd.
Tevens dat ik heb geboekt voor 5 personen en er bij aankomst nog een extra bed geplaatst moest worden en daar extra voor betaald moest worden. Ze gaan ervan uit dat je kind van 14 bij jou in bed slaapt.
