Costly, but nice
Pros:

We have had better breakfasts at other Hampton Inns.

Cons:

I booked a room on April 30 for my wife and me. The cost was $190.98. A friend wanted to go with us so I booked a second room on June 9, The cost was $380.80. We were in town (Owego) to see Big Boy steam through. We thought that the increased cost was out of line. But, we did enjoy the show.

I’d definitely come back! Good value and wonderful stay
Pros:

Clean and comfy, staff super nice, facilities well maintained, good breakfast.

Cons:

Room setup isn’t perfect - leftovers in the fridge, some soap dispensers empty (across more than one room in our group)

Clean Comfortable place to stay 20min west of Binghamton, Good place for family for graduation.
Pros:

Hotel was clean. King bed and pull-out sofa was comfortable. Shower/bathroom was clean and had good pressure and ample towels. Staff was friendly and helpful and even called when one of our travelers left clothes in the closet so they could quickly come back and get the items. Very helpful!

Cons:

Mini-Fridge was ok, kept drinks cool, but no freezer section to maintain icepacks for long drive home.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The snack bar was very convenient so I didn't have to drive anywhere for a drink or snacks at night. And we enjoyed the heated pool.

Cons:

The remote for the TV was so slow I couldn't log into any of my streaming services without it kicking me out.

Pathetic Fitness room and insanity kitchen.
Pros:

The place was unkept. The gym facility was laughable. There were no free weights and had some weight balls that were light and can barely provide any weights for exercise. Even a little child can easily pick up the weight and balls. The fitness room was small and had only 3 pieces of equipment. The pool was small and water was cold even though it was indoor. No hot tub. The staff lied and said no extra pillows and comforters available. The people next to us were disgusted and appalled when they had to pull out a long strand of hair pulled out of their oatmeal. Staff didn’t do anything about it when they informed them. Filthy and unsanitary. They wouldn’t provide extra water bottles for diamond honors. Quite a disappointment.
