Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The snack bar was very convenient so I didn't have to drive anywhere for a drink or snacks at night. And we enjoyed the heated pool.

Cons:

The remote for the TV was so slow I couldn't log into any of my streaming services without it kicking me out.

Pathetic Fitness room and insanity kitchen.
Pros:

The place was unkept. The gym facility was laughable. There were no free weights and had some weight balls that were light and can barely provide any weights for exercise. Even a little child can easily pick up the weight and balls. The fitness room was small and had only 3 pieces of equipment. The pool was small and water was cold even though it was indoor. No hot tub. The staff lied and said no extra pillows and comforters available. The people next to us were disgusted and appalled when they had to pull out a long strand of hair pulled out of their oatmeal. Staff didn’t do anything about it when they informed them. Filthy and unsanitary. They wouldn’t provide extra water bottles for diamond honors. Quite a disappointment.

Pros:

Facility was filthy and room smelled like mold/mildew. Management would not refund our money for the first night. Was great several years ago. Only the wealthy can afford decent accommodations. Sad.

Night crew were kind and helpful but the day crew seemed as if people were a bother.
Pros:

Place looked nice upon arrival and the customer service was great. All of the amenities were new and the appearance of the lobby was very pleasant.

Cons:

Someone forgot to clean the coffee pot, which had coffee from the last guest and the shower wasn’t pushing water through it along with hair inside on the wall. The bed was horrible.
