Instalações, conforto, limpeza.
Era dia dos namorados e o restaurante enviou propaganda do jantar, por WhatsApp, que falava em desconto de 20% para hóspedes. Pouco depois, respondi com um questionamento e só tive retorno no dia seguinte, depois de enviar outras quatro mensagens, mas a pergunta não foi respondida. O valor passado pelo funcionário não tinha o tal desconto e deveria ser pago integralmente na reserva do jantar, algo que considerei exagerado. Por fim, depois desses fatos, decidimos jantar em outro lugar. Muitas empresas pecam ao usar o WhatsApp e o restaurante precisa melhorar muito nesse aspecto.

A localização, o banheiro e o café da manhã (quando está completo é bom).
A decepção foi muito grande principalmente por no último dia da hospedagem simplesmente acabou o gás do Hotel e não pudemos tomar banho. É outono quase inverno, estava frio. Imagina pagar uma diária cara e não poder tomar um banho quente??? Como assim acabou o gás? Busquem em outra cidade se for o caso, mas é o cúmulo deixarem acabar o gás num hotel deste padrão. Hotel você fica justamente para ter uma cama onde dormir e um banheiro ONDE SE POSSA TOMAR UM BANHO!
Outra coisa bem chata é que no café da manhã do segundo dia, simplesmente disseram que não estavam fazendo ovos e tapioca na hora, algo que é o padrão deles.
Portanto paguei por serviços que no final não recebi
