Hotel super aconchegante, limpo e bem localizado, cafe da manha de qualidade, tudo que se precisa numa boa estadia! voltaremos mais vezes...

Limpeza, recepção dos funcionários, conforto das camas, roupas de cama e banho, localização.
Os hóspedes ao lado eram barulhentos e nos acordava durante a madrugada, arrastavam as mesas de cabeceira, falavam alto, saíam do quarto batendo a porta. Nesse sentido a acústica não favoreceu.
Quarto era muito bom. A localização é perfeita. O atendimento é otimo.
Restaurante precisa melhorar 200%. Cordialidade dos garçons no café da manhã, é negativa. Ruins, sem a mínima intenção de solucionar o pedido do hóspede, inclusive tentando me convencer de que o ovo ao forno era a mesma coisa que um ovo pochê. Que tanto fazia comer um ou outro. Moral da história. Saí e fui tomar café no LK, hotel ao lado do Novotel. Que diga-se de passagem, o atendimento foi perfeito, a cordialidade foi excepcional e me entregaram om ovo pochê de verdade.

Televisão muita antiga, não era smart. deve ser resolvido problema de barulho no 4º andar.
O hotel é muito confortável e as equipes muito educadas.
Fez frio durante a noite e não tem aquecedor. Mas a segunda manta ajudou a esquentar.
