Nossa estadia de quatro dias foi muito boa, com exceção do café da manhã.
Pros:

Nosso quarto (apartamento) perfeito. espaçoso, otimo banheiro e cama muito confortável.

Cons:

Do Café da manhã. Não tinha queijo sem lactose, pães e outros complementos sem lactose e sem glúten. Só tinha bolo de chocolate e laranja e goiabada. Para quem tem problemas com a lactose e glúten, deixou muito a desejar. Devem melhorar neste quesito.

La atención en el desayuno y el restaurante era variable, gente muy amable vs poco serviciales y groseros, no hay un estándar en esa área.

Hotel práctico con buena vista
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, las piezas y camas cómodas, la vista de la habitación y de la piscina. La ubicación práctica para estar en el centro como punto de partida para recorrer la isla y cerca de Beiramar shopping y restaurantes y bares.

Cons:

El wc de la habitación estaba sucio.
Muy sucio. Como si solo se hubiera limpiado por arriba.
Era tanto que yo pensé que eran manchas de uso que no salían, pero no. Era suciedad.
También, la habitación no la limpian si no se pone el cartel (que no teníamos) entonces el primer día llegamos a las 16:00 y no estaba hecha la habitación… al preguntar nos dieron el cartel.
El desayuno no es bueno.
Por lo que cuesta es lo que uno espera, pero si deben mejorar la limpieza urgente.
Lo otro muy malo es que la playa de justo al frente es solo para mirar de lejos.
El olor es terrible y claramente muy contaminada.
