A iluminação dos quartos, o café da manhã com poucas opções e as frutas tinham algumas com gosto de estragadas, inclusive a salada de frutas
Café da manhã excelente! Quarto confortável, tive upgrade de quarto então a vista era incrível! Achei a localização muito boa com excelentes restaurantes perto. E o hotel tinha estacionamento, o que era bem importante pra nós.

Localização ok e os funcionários do hotel são atenciosos.
Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no hotel e, pela segunda vez, o serviço de manobrista deixou muito a desejar. Levaram mais de 20 minutos para trazer o carro e o funcionário, Luís, de maneira afrontosa, disse que não tinha nada a ser feito e que eu poderia "reclamar com o hotel".
Staf excepcional, sempre educados e cordiais, em especial o Guilherme da recepção.
Quarto impecável, nível de acabamento excelente.

A equipe como um todo está de parabéns pois estavam sempre prontos para nos ajudar com simpatia e disposição. O café da manhã excelente, com produtos de qualidade e frescos com o cuidado na disposição dos produtos e sempre atentos. Quarto com espaço suficiente e com as funcionalidades e conforto muito bom. A limpeza e cuidado das camareiras com o quarto e objetos pessoais foi formidável.
