Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan ja sijainniltaan loistava valinta presidentinlinnan naapurissa.
Pros:

Sijainti on loistava keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Aamupala oli erinomaisen monipuolinen ja laadukas. Sänky oli mukava.

Cons:

Huoneen kokolattiamatto ei sovi allergikoille.

I asked if they had a parking, they told me yes but they forget to tell me that it was for 50 € per night. I had a working meeting in the morning, bar closed, no space where to stay. Room old and not very clean

Pros:

Very nice location close to the city center. The building offers many facilities, and the room and bathroom were both quite spacious. However, everything feels rather old and would benefit from renovation, especially considering the 4-star rating. All in all, good value for money.

Cons:

Some members of the staff (night staff) were not very kind or polite and could be quite rude. However, two young girls at the reception were nice and helpful. The room was also rather cold because the heating was switched off during my stay (first week of May). The room was clean upon arrival, but on the second day the bathroom cleaning was not done very carefully.

A good value place to stay in a good location.
Pros:

Location.
SIze of rooms.
A large worktop area in the bathroom for all toiletries.

Cons:

A lot of internal steps if you are on the upper floors.
The configuration of the room was with a large sloping part which made that part for access to make tea and coffee etc a bit hazardous.
Some lifts you had to use your room key to use sometimes they appeared not to work.

Big rooms & great breakfast
Pros:

Location, big rooms, saunas, great breakfast selection. Will definitely stay again!

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast needs a big fix, luckily coffee shop was next door. Cleaning chemistry smell stayed in rooms, but windows are openable & it helps.

Nice comfortable clean room, swimming pool, nice breakfast with plenty of choices, gym

Cons:

We ve asked for a late checkout prior our arrival and it was confirmed. Upon our arrival they informed us that it was not possible. Furthermore more we ve asked for a parking but no availability, plus for half day parking they wanted to charge us full day.
