Convenient and affordable option to stay in Rouen.
Pros:

An excellent choice for an overnight stay in Rouen. Not quite close to the city centre but even with a car one can get to the Cathedral in 10-15 minutes.
Rooms are rather small but comfortable, each with a separate entrance from outside. There is also a free parking outside of the building. Highly recommended due to convenience and price to performance ratio.

Excellent property, looks recently refreshed! Very clean! Superb staff, super helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed the stay.
