הייתה לנו חוויה ממש מיוחדת במלון! כבר מהרגע שהגענו נתקלנו בבעיה קטנה עם התשלום, אבל הצוות היה פשוט מדהים – גילו סבלנות, אכפתיות ורצון אמיתי לעזור עד שהכל הסתדר בצורה הטובה ביותר.
בנוסף, פינקו אותנו בארוחת בוקר טעימה ומושקעת, והתייחסו לכל ההערות והבקשות ששלחנו מראש – מה שממש לא מובן מאליו וגרם לנו להרגיש שרואים אותנו.
אחד הדברים שהכי ריגשו אותנו היה היחס
האישי – המנהל אפילו הזמין אותנו לארוחת ערב, מתוך דאגה אמיתית לכך שלא יהיה לנו איפה להיות ביום שישי. זה לא משהו שפוגשים בכל מקום, וזה לגמרי מעל ומעבר למצופה.
אין ספק שנחזור שוב, ממליצים בחום על המלון לכל מי שמחפש שירות מכל הלב וחוויה נעימה ואנושית 💝
