1. הבריכה צריכה להיות פתוחה בערבים, במשך היום מאד חם, עד כדי סבל בחוץ, בערב יכל היות מעולה
או לחילופין תשדרגו לעוד בריכה ממוזגת
2. החדרים עייפים, ראו ימים יפים יותר, המיזוג , או נורא קר… אין ביניים

בתור מי שחזר למלון הזה מספר פעמים , בפעם הבאה אחשוב פעמיים . צק אוט ביום שבת ב2 בצהריים קשוח .

המלון זקוק לריענון דחוף . החדרים כבר ישנים . השטיח בחדר ישן . בקיצור צריך להשקיע ברענון החדרים . צבע וכדומה . המחיר גבוה לתמורה .

את המלון באופן כללי. החדר נוח מאוד מיטה מצויינת

Cons:

פינוי מהבריכה ברבע לחמש.
מענה איטי ולא יעיל כשהגענו בלילה ורצינו שיפתחו את שער החניה.

Front desk should be 24/7 like any other hotel.
Pros:

Style, food, location, service : good

Cons:

1.Got cought there during missiles attack by Iran. Had to use shelter and cancel rest
of our stay including cancelled stay.
2.Almost never the front desk answeres
phones after 16:00, Tried for four days. This in not hapening even at a one star hotel.

האזורים הציבוריים של המלון יפים נקיים ומריחים נהדר,
הצוות קשוב ונחמד,

Cons:

הריהוא בחדר מאוד מיושן ולא מאוד נקי , במקלחת אין מים חמים גם אחרי שניסו לעזור לנו עם התחזוקה, ברז המים היה על הכי חם ועדיין זרם זרזיף חלש, אין אפשרות למלא אמבטיה, דבר שמאוד רציתי גם כי הפקק לא אטום ןהמים יורדים וגם כי אין מספיק מים חמים לרחצה , של שני אנשים אם ממלאים אמבט,
בהחלפת המגבות בבוקר קיבלתי מגבת מקופלת יפה אך עם כתם ולא נקייה,
שתינו תה ונגמר הסוכר, חשבנו שאחרי הנקיון ימלאו אך זה לא קרה ,
בנוסף אין רשתות בחלונות ובערב היו על התקרה מאות מעופפים קטנים.
