Pros:

Sehr sauber, nettes Personal, Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage ist toll, man hat einen großen Supermarkt direkt neben dem Hotel (Leclerc) und die Metrostation Hoche, von der man überall hinkommt. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber das weiß man ja beim Buchen. Die Klimaanlage ist auch angenehm (man kann sie nachts ausschalten / niedriger schalten, dann nervt es nicht). WLAN funktioniert gut und der Fernseher auch. Wir durften nach dem Outchecken unsere Koffer auch noch bei der Rezeption parken.

Cons:

Schlechter Wasserdruck. Handtuch zum Hände abtrocknen bzw eine Halterung dafür wäre auch schön. Man bekommt für zwei Leute nur zwei große Handtücher und eine Badematte. Hätte auf Nachfrage aber bestimmt noch mehr bekommen.

Petty move for an upgrade

We liked the hotel and was in a very convenient location for our needs.

Cons:

We asked for a room with a shower because my mother in law has limited movements. They gave us a room with a shower. However, we disliked the pettiness: the room came with a Nespresso machine and they told us that we don’t have the capsules (that are supposed to come with the room) because we had an ungraded room due to our request to get a shower. We really don’t care about the coffee pods but found this move very petty.

Une bonne étape, bien située pour ce que j'avais à faire et une nuit reposante. Très bien !
