Important information:

Access to the Spa center is not included in the room rates and it's allowed from 14 years of age.

During winter (from October to May) the outdoor pool is heated at 36° and it is part of the Spa, so it may not be used for free.

During summer (from June to September) the outdoor pool is available for all the guests for free.

Spa is available (reservation is needed) and costs € 35 per person per day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

It was bad surprise to know, that SPA was completely excluded from the booking and you meed to pay even to visit sauna. Parking was also surprisingly 15 eur/night. Only breakfast exclusion from the booking was clearly stated. And price for the breakfast is relatively high for the quality. As it was no enough space for people in the morning. I guess, if hotel wants to earn money for breakfast, at minimum you need to have space for that. Staff on a bar were good, but not sure about reception, they were not so helpful, as you expect in 4-start hotel. For example, simple question like - where can I order a pizza, makes people lost. And this in Italia! Mamma Mia! SPA treatment was ok. I would give them 2-3 stars maximum. Shops on a street in front of the hotel line sell wine and cups with Hitler and Mussolini! This is completely inappropriate!!!

Wenn einem Hotel bietet SPA soll das nicht extra bezahlt werden. Ich verstehe schon das die Gäste Massage extra bezahlen müssen aber auch die Pool und Sauna Eintritt???Dann bist keine SPA Hotel. Das hat mich enttäuscht 😞

Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend.
Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr alt und ungepflegt. In unserer Suite waren zahlreiche Mängel: Türen zur Terrasse ließen sich nicht richtig schließen, das Waschbecken lief nicht ab, die Duschkabine war defekt, und es gab sichtbare Schäden sowie Schmutz an Wänden und Türrahmen. Zudem fanden wir Ameisen im Bad und im Wohnbereich, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist.
Auch die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig – überall Staub, insbesondere auf Türrahmen und schwer zugänglichen Stellen.
Besonders negativ hervorzuheben ist die Kinderunfreundlichkeit. Der Aufzug blieb stecken, während unsere Kinder darin waren, was sehr beängstigend war. Anstatt Verständnis zu zeigen, reagierte das Personal unhöflich und unangemessen.
Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: Für die Nutzung des Schwimmbads wurden zusätzliche Kosten verlangt (39 € pro Erwachsener, 15 € pro Kind). Zudem durften Kinder nur den Außenbereich nutzen – bei kaltem und windigem Wetter war das völlig unpraktisch und wurde im Vorfeld nicht transparent kommuniziert.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist lediglich die Größe der Suite und der schöne Meerblick.
Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht den Erwartungen. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht wieder besuchen und können es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
