I had an excellent experience at Mövenpick Hotel Doha. The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made the stay special. Everyone was very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality created a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout my visit.

Breakfast was nuce, could be better for Movenpick! 90% of buffet was same everyday for 8 days of my stay.
Rooms' furnitures are old, but cosy with warm color. They upgraded my room as the first one was so bad, very bad view and small
They definitely have mold in the building, i coukd smell it when AC was on and also I noticed mold in the toilet. The carpet was so dirty, staff wanted to help but bad attitude, no sense of hospitality. Spevially a lady in reception, called Jene or i dont know

نظافه الغرفه والفرش ووجوج حشرات 🦟 بطئ المعامله مرافق الفندق موظف مواقف السيارات بطيييء جدا وتجمع النزلاء خارج بوابه الفندق وشرب السجائر مما يزعج العوائل المقيمه في الفندق عند الدخول والخروج ولا يمثل مظهر حضاري 👎🏻
Friendly staff , spacious and classic type rooms and the breakfast
This question I answered in my last stay but no feedback or replies received, but repeating again. I could not connect WiFi to the smart TV which is essential for modern day’s hotel stay. Hope the management will look into it.

تجربة غريبة عجيبة .. حجزت في الفندق يوم العيد وصحيت من بكرة وجددت من السبت الى يوم الجمعة (6 ليالي ) من 21 مارس والمغادرة 26 مارس .
صار لي ظرف واضطريت اغادر للسعودية وكلمت الاستقبال الساعه 12 بالليل اعتقد انه من تونس .
قال مانرجع لك قيمة باقي الليالي فقط 50% والباقي ناخذه لنا .
لفيت العالم وعندي اعلى تقييم في بوكينغ وما قد واجهت مثل هالفندق السيء .
لم ولن اسامحك في المبلغ
