Very spacious room. Staff including restaurant staff were very friendly and warm. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner.
Toilet was blocked and it took a few reminders to get fixed. Stayed six days and room wasn’t hoovered during stay. Could have some more gluten free options for breakfast and dinner.
Great breakfast and very helpful staff.
Rooms are a bit old, has some maintenance issues in the bathroom, however staff resolved it promptly.

The spacious room
No offers or discount given even though I arrived late I took the room at 9 pm instead of 4 pm due to a delay in the flight but the reception did not offer any recompensation I told them if u don’t give back money offer me a breakfast or transportation back to airport but the Indian guy who was there closed his mind. I knew it. When there is Indian do not discuss anything

Value for money for a short trip.
The room air conditioning was not as good. Room got warm and stuffy at night. Even my daughter complained. Same addressed and room changed but still the same, guess due to it being an older hotel. Other than that everything else was great.

The corridor area outside the lift before you enter your room in the 3rd floor, there’s a distinct smell I cannot pinpoint where’s its coming from, maybe from the carpet im not sure but usually hotels smells fresh but this one hits me differently..But the rooms smells ok..Kindly look into this..thank u.
The housekeepers were amazing and helpful. And the breakfast and the ladies who work in the mornings are very nice and kind.
the bathroom was leaking water, and the shower was clogged. Old furnitures too. It seems everything is old they need to change things. The carpet was old, stains on floors, beds. cleaning wise it was bad!
