Der Pool war grün, ist umgekippt. Gesundheitsgefahr!
Im Frühstücksraum riecht es extrem nach Fett. So sehr, dass man sich nach dem Frühstück wieder umziehen muss. Abgewohntes Zimmer. Bad ist peinlich abgerockt.

Great location and hardworking housekeeping, but the room is falling apart and staff was unpleasant
Pros:

The location was great and the hotel concept is well thought out. Also, the housekeeping staff was wonderful—they truly did their absolute best to keep our room clean and well-maintained during our stay, despite the poor condition of the property.

Cons:

The room was falling apart and in terrible condition. It was located right above the laundry room, so all the chemical fumes and steam came directly into our room. The bathroom door was water-damaged and swollen at the bottom, making it almost impossible to open and close. The refrigerator was also falling apart, and the loud AC was disastrously noisy. Although booked for 4 people, the apartment only had 2 mismatched bar stools for dining. Breakfast was average, but the area was always overcrowded, and we constantly had to wait for refills of food and juice. Finally, the younger man at the front desk during check-in was very unpleasant—he rushed through everything and acted as if I should already know how all hotel procedures worked

good place to stay if you want to stay in waltham
Pros:

I liked the staff at the property and how quick they respond to issues. I also liked the staff at the breakfast area.

Cons:

We were a party of 5 (2 Adults and 3 kids) and the room we got with 2 queen and a sofa bed was not idea as the sofa bed mattress was not comfortable at all. Also, didn't like that the toilet sink was inside the room and not with the shower.

Significant Concerns Regarding Room Condition and Hotel Cleanliness
Pros:

This was the worst hotel experience of our 12-day family road trip, during which we stayed at six different hotels. The property was noticeably dirty, and our room had a strong mold odor. I regret booking a three-night stay for my family.

Housekeeping staff were also very loud in the hallways early each morning, which disrupted our rest.

After reading many of the hotel's Google reviews rated three stars and below, I found that our experience was consistent with the concerns raised by other guests. I wish I had reviewed those comments before making my reservation.

The original room assigned to us had a clogged sink, and the shower head appeared severely outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet was also old and visibly dirty. These are just a few examples of the maintenance and cleanliness issues we encountered, and I do not feel the need to list the many others.

Pros:

The hotel location was fine for my purposes. The breakfast was OK, perhaps a little better than the standard hotel breakfast. The bed wasn't bad, but wasn't very good either. The exercise room is quite good. I used it on both mornings.

Cons:

The blower on the air conditioning system was extremely loud and disturbed my sleep. I was attacked by cold air all night I felt like I was sleeping in a wind tunnel. The only way to avoid this problem was to turn off the air-conditioning altogether which was not an option during a time of high heat and humidity. I was happy to see a handheld shower in the bathroom (this room was designed to be barrier free for handicapped people), but the water just dribbled out from the showerhead rendering it completely useless. The wash basin faucet was too short so that when I used it the water ran all over the counter.

Pros:

La piscine extérieure est sympathique mais les transats sont tachés voire cassés pour certains.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas du tout au niveau d'un Hyatt. Le pain n'était pas frais, très peu de variétés. Cela ressemble à un buffet d'une chaîne bas de gamme. Et en plus, le personnel du petit-déjeuner était désagréable.

Le personnel de l'accueil a donné les clés de notre chambre à une autre famille qui est arrivée le soir, après nous. À 22h30, ils ont ouverts la porte avec leur clé. Heureusement, nous ne dormions pas mais ce fut assez désagréable pour nous, comme pour eux d'ailleurs.
Le ménage n'a pas été fait le premier matin.
En fait, ils avaient oublié de nous enregistrer.

Quant aux ascenseurs, moquette et autres, ils sont vétustes pour ne pas dire sales.

Pros:

I like the complimentary breakfast; it’s very helpful with kids. I like the pool. I like the location of the hotel.

Cons:

The toilet in our room was very loose from the base; it looked like it was hanging by one screw. The bathroom looked old and weathered. The cleaning facilities felt like they are not doing a thorough job. There are fingerprints on the exit doors and handles. The elevator had stains on the carpet and walls. I had to wipe down the door handles and kitchen appliances in our room. The bathroom doorknob had a stain that I couldn’t identify. Also, the kitchen in the restaurant looked messy with food on the floor. The pool didnt look like it wasn’t cleaned daily.
