Our room was not cleaned.
Breakfast!!!
Bathroom layout was meh.
Hotel is nice and bar/restaurant had great food and drinks. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms next to the stairwell are terrible because everytime door closes my headboard would shake and I would get woken up by the bang of the door.
I stayed at the Hyatt House Waltham for a week in Feb 2026 as I was on an onboarding new hire course nearby. Firstly - this is a very different setup for a travelling Brit. The rooms were very large and spacious - but had the feel of a serviced flat with large kitchen facilities and sofa area. Though breakfast is provided - the vibe is that this is self catering. If you have travelled from Europe and don’t have a car - this is a bit challenging! It’s very much set up for those who have to stay for a long term working in nearby offices. But it was very clean and staff very friendly. The omelette station in the morning was very welcome. There is a very small area to buy simple food provisions - but this was more snacks. If there was a convenience store nearby - then this would work better.

Although I went solo on my trip this time, I always feel at home as the staff is very friendly and eager to assist with all my needs.
Room is always clean and kitchen items available, including detergents.
Recommend this hotel for short or long term stays with a wonderful breakfast to start your day!

It's was an ok breakfast. Beds were comfortable
We were there for a family wedding. Many many rooms were rented out. Someone in our party was charged 180.00 for a bottle of wine and 2 mixed drinks. ( The bottle of wine is " Josh" which I have purchased at the store and is under 15.00. this young man in our party would not let me speak to management about this because he did not want to say anything. I have travelled alit myself and understand hotel bar prices are higher but that is absolute insanity.
