No pool! Great otherwise.
Pros:

The suites were very nice. I liked that we had our own entrance, kitchen, separate rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

I would have rated higher but there were some loud neighbors nearby and the pool was not working. They didn’t know when the pool would be operational again. The staff was polite and told us that it was on their website but we had no idea when we booked through booking.com

The style of hotel rooms

Cons:

Needs to be updated, dark and old. Stains on carpets etc. have been staying here for years when visiting family in the area and have noted the decline. Breakfast was poor quality. Food cold, waffles hard. Juice watered down. Unfortunate because we were always please and loyal to Hyatt

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really liked how big the room, the two full bathrooms inside both bedrooms, and the bas
Pros:

We really liked the set up of the room with two separate bedrooms and the kitchenette and living area. We also loved the basketball court - my son loved this and it kept him busy while we were at the hotel.

Cons:

We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. Our stay was the first week of June and it was incredibly hot. It would have been really nice to use the pool. The other item was that the listing included an oven as included in the room. There was no oven and we bought frozen pizzas which we ended up having to throw away. The room was overall clean, but we spilled some water on the kitchen floor which we wiped up. The towel we used was completely black after wiping the floor - not sure if they’re mopping the floor between stays. Lastly, we were on the first floor so there were people staying above us. We could hear them stomping around late at night and very early in the morning. We could also hear them talking - the walls/ceiling are paper thin.

Great place for families very spacious rooms
Pros:

The property was beautiful the landscape was very nice. The room was spacious and accommodated my family it was close to the activity we were there for

Will not stay here again.
Cons:

The room was very dirty, not clean, light bulbs are burnt out, room needs serious refreshing and Ian was of no assistance.
