Hotel was dirty. Floors dirty, beds are uncomfortable, hard blocks of feathers in pillows, shower full of hair. Cleaning staff did not properly clean in between guests

The suite worked well for 2 families to stay together. Having a larger fridge was helpful for our needs.
Breakfast could be served earlier, maybe 7AM. The outside stairs and walkways were not clean- a hairnet, cotton ball, trash and the leftovers of a marajuana joint right outside my door. The inside was a little musty but didn’t cause an allergy attack.
I love the private entry to your room. Not having the traditional hotel hallways and feeling makes it feel like an apartment.

I love the full kitchen aspect. You can cook anything
I didn't like that the pots for the kitchen were old and completely scraped up. The 'non stick' black coating was scratched up and would end up in your food. The shower was so small. If the water is on and you open the door the floor is wet. If you go on the other side your hair gets soaked. The back of my bathroom door looked like someone smeared poop on it... Lastly..the bed covers...Omg. they're white. But hold it up to the sunlight....You can see the mold and stains... that was the worst part for me....
Nice, staff really nice. I like how one of the employees inform my son that they can still play basketball when it gets dark because the lights come on. Just because they were teenagers he didn’t treat them they were a nuisance
That had to climb 3 flights of stairs with a really bad knee even after requesting to be on the 1st floor. And because of that I didn’t go out to eat.
The full kitchen and spaciousness the entire space. The 1st floor access. Comfortable bed. Noise level of area good.
More variety for breakfast. Like bacon and waffles. Fresh fruit only available 1st day. (Blueberries). No cream flavors like hazelnut or French vanilla for coffee.
The confines
The manager was over charging I’ve called the front desk before I arrive see about incidentals. Staff told me one thing the manager told me another once. I got there. And once I got there, I paid the incidental amount that the manager told me but afterwards I’ve asked the staff again. How much was the incidentals and they told me the same as when I called the first time so that tells me the manager was just overcharging. And she wants overcharged me for the snacks I bought when I first arrived because I bought snacks after I was there for a day. It was way lower.
I like the apartment style hotel with the kitchen. The place looked clean, but that was about it. I didn't get to enjoy my stay long enough because I checked out immediately.
The entire room smelled like marijuana. That was not acceptable since I had a 6 month old baby with me. That is not ideal for the baby's health. So I checked out immediately and asked for a refund. The front desk stated I had to contact the GM, to receive my refund on the room. I contacted the GM and he said that I will receive a refund on the room.
